I have already submitted one review. The hotel was undergoing a change of management which sadly affected their usual top-class performance. The evening meal menu was not very attractive and very short on choice. Some of the beers and spirits ran out and were not replaced. A new customer complained that their bedroom was not properly cleaned and so-on and...

We needed an overnight stop when travelling from West Cumbria to Yorkshire and Nateby was a good stop off point. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We had a good evening meal of fish and chips in the bar, and a hearty breakfast in the morning. Although our room was small it was very well equipped and we...

A nice area, the food was good and I had a good nights sleep. Although the room was quite small, and the WiFi didn't work, I would go again. Some other guests mentioned small issues which seem to be due to a delay in new management taking over.

Room was cramped to allow the en suite facility (minimal) space but the standard of decoration was good. Sound proofing a bit thin but adequate. Very good bar staff on hand most of the time. Good Chef...food is bar-meal rather than restaurant quality, but we tried several of the meals and they were better than many bar meals we try....

A comfy, very dog accommodating inn, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. A great location for walking as both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales are close by. The evening meal was delicious- although not everything on the menu was available on the first night. The room although not spacious had everything we needed with a few extra touches...

Found this by accident and what a little gem...room immaculate and food beautiful . Parking is a little cramped due to lack of spaces but easily parked outside the Inn Itself. Dogs are also very welcome even though we didn't have ours but really good to know

The Nateby Inn, if we are to believe the outpouring of gossip in the bar, is in a state of flux! It appeares to have had a fairly turbulent time with its managers of late, and certainly feels like it needs a strong presence to bring it back on track. The staff are lovely, if a bit scatty, I had...
