A real dream vacation! We took our 6 kids and loved every minute! We met Oswaldo in the buffet area and he was so friendly! Outgoing! Funny! He learned our drink orders and made lots of great suggestions and brought us lots of new things to try! We looked for him everyday! We also met Antonio outside at the swim up pool bar and he kept the drinks flowing all day! He would go out of his way to make sure the pool area was clean and tidy and everyone’s drinks were full! The staff really made the experience so great! They treated our kids like royalty too! We were so sad to leave and say our goodbyes We had an absolute blast at the water park! The nightly entertainment was so fun! Bouncy houses , face painting , wax hand moulds , magicians , dancing , circus and fire shows! The negatives - Restaurants don’t take reservations so it’s first come first serve and you’ll have to stand in line. We ended up at the buffet a lot because of this but the taco bar , burger bar and everything else we were always happy and full! Bring floaties because the lazy River sometimes has a wait for tubes. Morley in the smoke was excellent, he recommended lots of great dishes for us to try. Food came quick. Ribs were fantastic. Great customer service. We look forward to returning for another visit during our stay!

Amazing experience. The waiters and food was amazing. The only thing I would say was Order extra starters as portions are small but so tasty. The inside of the cave is truly an experience that me and my partner bother enjoyed.

WORST HOLIDAY EVER AVOID THIS HOTEL !!! Firstly not a bed for my husband and told tough as full booked basically so for 4 nights he had a child’s camp bed & then finally got moved to a non sea view room and these rooms that are sold to you as five star. Please don’t have the wool put over your eyes as it’s like an absolute three star pig stye from Tenerife. The drains stink the toilets get blocked. The balconies are disgusting with horrible little plastic chairs. The queue for the restaurants every night is ridiculous and we could never get booked on the dining doesn’t start until 6 pm, so everybody would flock to the mediocre buffet with the same awful food every night and no options for children in any of the restaurants apart from chips, burgers and hotdogs. My kids don’t eat that kind of food all of the time and we actually asking for proper veg. We were told it was all inclusive, but our children were devastated to find out that even the Young Aqua Park, which is just a few slides going into some shallow water. They had to be five years old so you can imagine how devastated our four-year-old was. You can’t even take them bowling and trampoline until they are 12 and you have to pay $20 an hour The food around the pool is just absolutely gross. The whole place is falling apart. I don’t know why people have been writing reviews that this brand-new supposed hotel is an absolute Dive So, if like us, you were totally conned by Tui don’t go there go to the hard rock Moon Palace, in fact anywhere that we’ve been to has been better than this. I’ve been to Butlins which was Cleaner than this. Lol. Never again.…

I had the worst customer service ever from Ricardo Gracía who was racist and drunk during his night shift as manager in duty. I had an issue and instead of addressing that with me as guest he was giving attitude with zero professional credibility. My advice to management is to focus on more training in their workforce such :diversity & inclusion,linguistic skills and emphasis respect in workplace specially the upfront workers,smile is a universal language.

Had an excellent time at the splash resort. Everyone of the staff members went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Angel from the Vibe team went way out his way to make our trip memorable one for our son. Angel made a point to come see us everyday and knew us by our first names. Carlos our server from the pool ensured we had all we needed around the pool. Overall great family vacation. Looking forward to returning one day. One of the cleanest resorts I’ve been to.

Chef Arturo is a great presenter. He took the time to customize my meal separately which I really appreciated. Fantastic experience! 5/5 Royalton Splash is definitely one resort everyone should experience in their life. The services, food and amenities are exceptional! The A la cart 5 star meals are a must try. The only aspect that needs improvement in my opinion would be the nighttime entertainment. The night shows are only mediocre and could be improved.

Maury was the best waiterWe’ve had all week long. Very outgoing and very friendly. Would come here again. The barbecued ribs were delicious. The pickles were delicious and the margaritas were wonderful, so was the tequila shots. Emery was a tenant outgoing and fun we liked him.

We had a good time on the beach and the pool but I have negative points that I would like people to know. Sorry not the best english but I will do my best. Check in took a long time. Our room was not ready and we had to wait almost 2 hours to get it. We were exhausted from our flight. We have 2 young kids. Beware , make sure they secure your bracelet in place because If you lose your bracelet it will cost $110 USD to get it replaced but it’s only little plastic card that must be worth no more than 2 bucks … Also beware they will try to charge you things that you never ordered. They really are trying to scam people, forcing you to pay before you take your bus. We had to argue with the staff to finally check out and get in the bus before it leave us there. You can’t make reservations at restaurants. So sometimes you have to wait an hour to get a table… Also if you have kids of 2-4 years old forget the amusements games like trempoline or bowling because of the age restriction which is ridiculous! And it’s expensive anyways. Overall the hotel is clean and new but I would go elsewhere next time.…
