I would rate this resort 5 stars because the entertainment team (Ivan and Ana) but especially for edgar for the amazing work they did putting on the crazy games mexican basketball it was all very fun and the foam party made the week even better and the bartenders were very nice and the restaurants had very good service and food was amazing but I would recommend this place to all families for their vacations it is perfect for families,couples and single people the hideaway was just added and it was a great addition to the resort

Great stay at Hideaway Royalton- Food was excellent, Dorada and Hunter Steakhouse were our personal favourites but all restaurants really good. Staff are excellent here and so friendly in particular Limberg who was brilliant throughout our stay, consistently bringing us over drinks and new ones to try which we loved , he is a real credit to the hotel and we can’t thank him enough for his service whilst staying here . Another mention is for Eileen in the dorada- she was so friendly and always had a beaming smile every morning we went to breakfast. Alexandro at the Hideaway bar was also very good and always offering to bring us over drinks. Staff In the Dorada restaurant are very professional and attentive. A very relaxing 2 weeks and very much enjoyed.

My husband and I came to The Hideaway at Royalton Riviera for my 30th birthday. We have enjoyed the tranquility this resort has to offer. It has been so relaxing and kid-free. Francisco at Grazie Trattoria is our favorite waiter so far. He was SO sweet and personable. He brought us drinks without having to ask, and he made us feel at home. We recommend this resort, but even more to be served by Francisco to feel at home. We are going back to Grazie for lunch tomorrow because of the great experience we had tonight. We recommend this resort to our family and friends for a relaxing time.

Teresa from Hideaway pool was amazing, friendly, and a top class service. We loved her and it was clear she also loved her job! Never a shortage of drinks or service. She is fabulous! Dorado restaurant..Jared and Daniel! Perfect. Love this place ..3rd visit and we would come back time and again.

Outstanding trip. People are amazing and food is good. Pool area is large and beach is lovely. Water is calm. House keeping kept our room tidy and cool. No reservations needed at restaurants. Italian restaurant is a little far from adult area but with the walk. Central bar has entertainment every night.

Great food, great rooms, amazing entertainment staff, especially Milton from the Vibe team!! Alfredo at the swim up bar was a great bartender. We stayed in the DR previously but Royalton Hideaway at Riviera Cancun was better!! The entertainment was top notch!!!

Jorge and Isreal were AMAZING. We loved the steakhouse. The staff was on it, friendly, and incredible. The food was great (get the crab cakes) and ask Jorge for a good shot. We will come back if we make it over this way again.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Staff was terrific and very attentive from the moment we arrived. Resort was extremely clean and the restaurants provided very good food. Would recommend the Hideaway area for adults, but the other side of the resort was very family oriented too.
