We went for a five day horse trek. Gina the trek leader was rude and aggressive, it was a horrible experience. I don't want anyone to have to go through the experience we did. The abuse was not just targeted at us, everyone who wasn't a native French speaker got the same treatment. Staying here for accommodation and meals might...

I stayed here a few years ago but I still remember it fondly and hope to go back sometime. I was on a riding trip and was the only person in the group. They still went ahead with the trip and I was treated like family, even being included in their family movie night. Gina is a great horsewoman and...

My husband and I just returned from our stay at Auberge d'Andromede. I booked a riding vacation and the experience was amazing! Perfect horses, lovely scenery and caring helpful guides. Our hosts, Gina and Gilles, were warm and friendly and made our stay memorable. Gina is an expert horsewoman and her husband is a culinary genius! My husband and I...

I am surprised to see the positive reviews here, they do not reflect our experience at all. It would be good to stay for the accommodation and food but I strongly advise against riding. The riding guide Gina is extremely rude and aggressive. She gave contradictory and confusing instructions and had no regard for safety at all. When my husbands...

I spent a week at Auberge d'Andromede doing the progressive trek from village to village. Overall it was a great experience. Gina and Gilles are very gracious hosts, the accommodation is very comfortable and homey, and the food is outstanding. The riding was very good. The Canadian horses are large powerful animals and Gina and Gilles maintain a large stable...

We just came back from vacation. This was the third time we stayed at Auberge d'Andromede, and it was wonderful again. Every time we come with a group of friends. Most of us ride, and this is one of the best places to ride - the horses are well kept, Gina changes the route every time, so it's something new...

Of course I was expecting to write a glowing review of the horse riding experience here ... but a pre-existing back injury sidelined me on the first day. So I spent the remainder of the week relaxing on the deck, dipping in the pool and taking short drives around the area. Gina and Giles operate the inn and stables on...

Had a fantatic time with horses and meals. Giles is a great goumet cook and both Gina and Giles make the best hosts. Riding Black Canadians is an experience not to be missed. Food at the Auberge was simply outstanding and the countryside beautiful. I wish we could have spent more time in the saddle exploring.

Gina and Gilles are the ultimate hosts. The horses are incredibly well kept, and there is a horse for everyone's needs. The beauty of the area is very special and unique. Gilles is a superlative host and chef. We will go back for sure, again and again.
