Having chosen Lower Wythall partly on the basis of the fantastic reviews, we can now echo those comments. Guy and Sheila were extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The B&B is a beautiful large period property, and as the only guests we had sole use of the large sitting and dining rooms, warmed by log fires. We were offered tea and delicious homemade cake on arrival, and used a delivery service to order in an evening meal - Sheila providing plates and cutlery. Our bedroom was spacious and clean with wonderful views, a very comfortable super-king bed, and modern bathroom facilities. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with many homemade foods complementing locally-sourced items. The hosts had done everything possible to accommodate covid restrictions; we felt very safe during our stay and in no way compromised. This is an excellent B&B, indeed probably the best we’ve stayed in. We were genuinely sorry to be leaving and hope we can return soon.

Went back after a lovely break last year and had a great time. Only half the rooms are being occupied to ensure safety and it really had been thought through. I would thoroughly recommend even at this difficult time.

This is the best b&b we have stayed in. With fabulous views and peaceful surroundings we were cared for by Sheila and Guy with unobtrusive attention throughout. The specially made gluten free cakes for our afternoon tea and gf full English with locally sourced produce was a delight. And the bathroom was outstanding with a high tech shower! Radio, Bluetooth, steam... who knew they existed. Definitely be back here one day.

We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended this outstanding B & B to many of our friends and family. It starts with a warm welcome from Sheila and Guy who were really informative when we asked about things to do in the local and surrounding areas. Both the room and ensuite were unique: very tastfully furnished, comfortable and more importantly it was immaculate!! Breakfast - the best we've ever had. We've rebooked to go back again later this year.

Just returned from our stay at this amazing B&B. Couldn’t fault it! Rooms spotless and spacious. Lovely large comfy bed. Amazing shower. Sheila and Guy gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was perfect, hot with fresh produce. Little extras like the Brownies were lovely touch. Will defiantly recommend and will be returning.
