We stopped off overnight here on the way to the Alps. It was actually the last night it was open before closing for the season, but you wouldn't have known it as there was scrimping. The stay started wonderfully as we were greeted by name when we first arrived (nice little touch). They were also happy to put on the...

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Our room was very comfortable, well equipped and and a fantastic view over the gardens to the vineyards beyond. All the staff that we met were delightful: very friendly and helpful. The food at dinner was excellent, served by friendly, attentive but unobtrusive staff.

We had a very nice stay. Everything in the hotel was above expectations. Spa is closed for the time being. Good location between Epernay & Reims. Would certainely recommend to go for a 5km or plus hike in the vines. Beautiful!

I stayed here in October with a party of friends and although the hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely, we were very very disappointed with the dinner and the service. We booked the €49 set menu but of the four courses we were served only one was enjoyable. The terrine served to me was actually inedible, the cod...

Stayed here for two nights October 2016. Very nice place, gardens/terrace and staff. Food very good and great selection of champagnes available. Restaurant had veal chop on the menu on our second night but only one person in our party could have that dish as the kitchen had ran out of veal. The tap on our bath didn't work. We...

Very far from premium service. I have booked two rooms for 1 night through Booking.com. They were non-refundable bookings. Unfortunately we had to cancel our holidays due to death of a family member. I informed immediately the hotel and, although it was a non-refundable reservation, I kindly asked the hotel not to exercise their right not to reimburse. In fact,...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 days/1 night while on our honeymoon. It ended up being the perfect break from Paris for us! We had a huge room with a large private balcony with a gorgeous view and the concierge was beyond helpful in setting us up on tours, getting us taxis, etc. We had dinner in the...

Beautiful hotel, excellent bedroom but the shower didn't work. Restaurant expensive as is the wine list. We chose 39€ menu but one of the 2 main course choices wasn't available and we were the first dinners in for supper. Surely Reims had chicken for sale?

My wife and I stayed here in October 2016 and we really loved our stay. The Chateau itself is beautiful and is complete with nicely manicured grounds including a garden and fountain and large patio area which would be great in the summer. Our room was very nice, large and clean with a big balcony, huge bathroom complete with shower...

My house is nothing like this place but the atmosphere and care we were treated to by Clare and the rest of the team at Chateau de Rilly was incredible. Beautiful place to stay and it's also best if you want to actually try champagne and not pay an incredible amount for it. Many local champagne produces in the area...
