After driving around Norway for over a week and staying at a different campsite each night, this place ranks low, very low on the list. It's popular! Why? Well, because they have the location and the monopoly. Being 4kms from the Preikestolen trailhead obviously has its benefits. The campsite is massive, it looks like a gravel parking lot. The staff...

5 minutes from the Pulpit Rock hike, huge sites and great rates (especially off seasons). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and gave us good food suggestions and great directions to take tourist routes back towards Oslo. The bathroom facility is very clean (maybe a bit tight when the campground is full but perfect off season)....

We stayed for 3 nights in August. It's a huge site with great facilities, friendly staff and very close to the start of Pulpit Rock. We also used this as our base for the Kjerag hike as we hired a car

We arrived at the campsite at around 17:00 after hiking up to Preikestolen, and didn't have much trouble finding a suitable place to pitch our tent. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything we needed to know about the campsite. The availability of water taps all over the grounds was great, as was the inclusion of hot water for washing...

We stayed here on the last weekend of August 2016. It cost about 200 NOK for 2 people camping and a car. The campsite itself did not have a view but lots of space to choose from as it was not too busy when we were there. It is about a 5 min drive from pulpit rock starting point -...

With very limited availability for accommodation near Preikestolen we settled for the campsite. After paying a reasonable amount (for Norway) we were advised where we could pitch our tent. It soon became apparent that there were very limited available pitches unless you wanted to stop in the mud, a water logged part of the site or the potholed track though...

No surprise that this is very busy place as it is so close to Preikestolen. We came relatively early, something like 5 p. m. Pitches with electricity were already booked out. There is a road next to the camping, getting busy quite early in the morning so make sure you find some distant pitch. Also other people are arriving late...

The camping spot was good located to preikestolen, only 4 km away to the parking lot. They also offer bus transport if you dont have a car! Camping it self was nice, good place! The service was crappy and the sanitary as well! You have to check out 11 in the morning! And it was really expensive, 280 kr for...

This is a very nice camping with some good showers and toilets. The (Dutch) owners are very friendly and professional. In overall the place looks clean and tidy. One star off due to the mosquito's we had. Owners can't really help that but it was annoying.

Nice camping close the last paid parking (Preikestolen). Basic amenities, clean, very often crowded. Possible tents, cabins and caravans. Very narrow driveway. There is a restaurant with a standard menu.
