This was are first time visiting Manitoulin Island and Batmans Cottages and Campground. First impressions were good. Camp sites were pretty spacious and clean and with it being a family campground, was fairly quiet. We were a little disappointed when we arrived and saw that it was CAA approved, but they never offered the discount and we found out afterwards,...

Come to Manitoulin and camp at Batmans, sites are large, water is great, service second to none. Plenty to do there and around the area. Beaches are beautiful. The only reason this place a four star and not five is free wifi. Only at store and rev hall

We have been camping at Batman's for several years and have enjoyed everything from the camp sites, the amenities, the activities, the beach, the hiking trails and especially the hospitality we have enjoyed from the owners. This is a family owned and operated business who care to make sure their customers make wonderful memories on Manitoulin Island. Don't just take...

Due to the great weather this year we spent more time a Batman's than ever and got to enjoy all they have to offer. Extremely well maintained and managed campground. Beautiful beach for sunning, swimming & enjoying the amazing sunsets. The marina has easy access for launching boats and great areas for canoeing and kayaking. The playground is top notch...

We have spent many nights over the last 30 years since our kids were young renting cabins and trailer camping at different campgrounds all over Manitoulin Island. Our Kids are both grown and we now have grandchildren that come camping with us. This campground is by far the cleanest, friendliest and most child friendly/oriented campground we have ever spent time...

Been camping at Batman's for 5 seasons now, gets better year after year! Sandy beach we can't pull our kids away from. Great new park for the kids to play at. Several social events every year hosted by either seasonal campers or by Andre and Lisa which includes live entertainment. Being located on the big water makes for Seadoo rides...

A friend of mine is a RV fanatic. Kids heard their stories and started bugging me: "hey daddy, after so many trips of your choice, can we do something different?" What size of the RV is good for four of us? Our RV fanatic recommended a 32 foot one. We followed his advice. It was May 24 long weekend. All...

s not far from Little Current and that's a good thing because the campground store over charges. $3.50 for a bag of ice, $4.29 for a bag of potato chips, and wood was $8.00 a bag. Our camping spot was big enough for our pop up trailer and kayaks but it was too small to put up the screen room....

This campground made our first experience of camping far from home comfortable. The owners and other campers were friendly. The campground was clean and our site was semi-private. The wifi was not up to my standards, but that being said, there was some wifi... and I suppose that for a rural island campsite it was better than not having any....
