Stayed here for a night during the Covi Show, only a couple of KM from the location. This accommodation was only a minute from the local bottle-o, 4 minutes walk from the local Countdown and McDonalds - with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception was very welcoming and polite, providing quick and efficient service. The room was amazing, perfectly made beds with white-fresh linen, fully-stocked kitchenette with Sky-TV, more storage than you would need, air-conditioning and complimentary visitor-guides and even a Gideon Bible! The bathroom was a little outdated and could do with some TLC, but served our purposes perfectly and was kept to a hospital-grade of cleanliness. Free WiFi was definitely a bonus and our room had access to a personal-patio. Only improvements I would add would be adding a wall or segmentation between each room's patio for privacy, replacing the door handles (a little tired) and maybe installing an extractor fan in the shower. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and allowed us to check-out later than usual (without even having to ask). I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable, quiet and affordable stay - definitely would stay again.

Clean, central older style accomodation walking distance to some great local restaurants. Supermarket also a short walk. Very quiet despite being on a main road. Unit 12 I stayed in was at the back. Nonetheless the facility is set somewhat down and away from traffic noise. Beds and pillows were fine. Good affordable option. Will stay again no question.

Used this motel for the day arriving into New Zealand and the night before leaving, only 20 minutes drive from Auckland Airport, so great location as didn't want to go to Auckland centre. Lovely big room, which was immaculately clean. Great café 2 minutes walk away for breakfast. Only downside was bathroom needed some modernisation, but it was clean and functional.

Our room was spacious and clean but toilet cum shower room was a problem. The door to it could not be opened from inside and difficult to open from outside. Moreover, the gradient of the floor was all wrong. The far end from the shower as well as the floor around the toilet bowl were lower than the shower area. So water flowed to these 2 areas and could not be drained. It is supposed to be a 4-star hotel but there was no room safe.
