Clean and basic rooms. Super friendly and helpful hosts. Fresh food. Charming and intriguing collection of companion creatures - birds, snakes, wallabies. Sightings & sounds of cassawaries. Close enough to tours etc.

We stopped here after it was recommended by a hotel (that wasn't open for breakfast) and discovered a Daintree gem. The breakfast was excellent and the added bonus of free wildlife feeding and viewing with commentary and knowledge from friendly hosts was extra special. It made our day !!!

The best way to see a croc feed close up! Hope you don't get eaten so you can enjoy their food. The roos are ultra friendly like the owner. Plenty of snakes to view too. Shame cabin 3 was out of action as the larger space would have made it a perfect night. Keep it up!

We stayed for 8 nights and ate in the restaurant 3 times. The food was extremely good. Justin and family were very informative about wild life. We saw Cassowaries every day just at our campsite. It was a wonderful experience.

A great spot to base your self for visit to the area. Good camping, wild life and restaurant/bar. Rescue center for injured animals so you get to see and handle many different animals, birds and reptiles.

Highly recommend the place .... wonderful friendly staff ... terrific surroundings ... great facilities ... and very welcoming. Be sure to engage with the wildlife, the fabulous pythons and the ever present ... ever noisy "Pip Squeak" ... the Rainbow Lorikeet .. who will happily join you for any meal and of course want to share ...

We visited the restaurant when we were staying in Cow Bay. The fish was so good that we went back twice more. The staff are friendly and there is wildlife around to engage both adults and children. The best place we ate in Cow Bay.

We spent a night in our RV here which was great, but what made the stay was meeting not just the wonderful people that own and run the park, but also the extensive array of sometimes quite cheeky wildlife that also inhabit this park. Tropical birds meet you outside reception and may even join you for coffee and breakfast in...

Good was fabulous, and the kids had a great time interacting with the birds and snakes that were around the cafe. The food was a tad expensive, but was really nice. We shared a steak sandwich and kids fish and chips between the four of us. Well cooked meat, chips were excellent!
