I agree with the other reviews and think this is an excellent option when visiting the Daintree. The design means that you feel you are in the middle of the forest and very secluded yet it is only a few minutes to the lovely Cow Bay and other attractions in the area. The food at the restaurant was also excellent....

My wife and I arrived not really knowing what to expect. We were soon enjoying the natural sights and sounds of the wonderful forest.Ben and Kahlia were the perfect hosts and welcomed us with a smile and were only to pleased to help in any way they could. Our 2 nights in the cabin were unforgetable and the surrounding forest...

I stayed at the Daintree Wilderness Lodge with my three children (aged 9, 11 and 12). We loved everything about the place, especially the managers, Ben and Kahlia, who were amazing. They helped us book up a bunch of tours and made the most amazing meals. The hotel is 'in the middle of the forest', and is extremely boutique and...

We spent a lovely 4 days staying in 2 of the cabins. Ben and Khalia were very friendly and helpful- Khalia booked us on to river trip, night walks and kayaking with minimum hassle. Food was delicious- fantastic barramundi meal! We would recommend it- peace and quiet, comfort but a feeling of being something a bit different

Thanks so much, Ben and Kahlia! It's like sleeping out in the forest in a comfortable, lovely and safe room! We saw a cassowary from our porch and enjoyed the forest walk to the stream so much. The dinners you served us were the best we had in Australia.

We stayed for 3 nights in November and really enjoyed the stay. Each accommodation is well spaced from others for privacy and quiet, although you could see each deck as you walked along boardwalks to the main building. Rooms were neat and although it was quite humid in November the ceiling fan and large windows made sleeping comfortable. The bathroom...

What an experience. We stayed for 3 nights in what looks on the outside like a large tropical jungle hut, but thankfully inside was clean, comfortable, quiet, and made a wonderful base for exploring the area. The room had a glass panel running the length of the apex roof giving an enchanting view of sky and tropical jungle trees. Dinner...

When you drive into this place, you could be forgiven for thinking we may have made a bit of a mistake here. However once you meet the couple running the place, you realise you have missed something in life, they really love the rainforest and are eager to share it with you, the cabins are surperbe and very comfotable and...
