If you're after a hostel that is way cooler than you'll ever be, look no further. In the heart of the uni suburb of Observatory, Bohemian Lofts is full of awesome art, stylish rooms and cool people. The full length balcony is epic, the staff are super friendly and the whole thing is scrubbed very clean. It's a hard to...

My girlfriend and I stayed here in May and we loved this place. Jenny, the owner, is an incredibly nice, helpful, and fun woman. There are all sorts of different rooms so you're bound to find something fitting your preferences and budget. And the neighborhood is very alive. You could spend a week here and never leave Observatory with so...

The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and nice, and Jenny and her staff is the best there is! So accommodating and helpful at all times! In my fists visit to Cape Town I was looking for a hostel that seemed nice and was easy to get to. I was afraid that the Bohemian lofts would be a bit far from downtown Cape Town, but the train station a block away made very easy to enjoy both the city and the amazing neighborhood that is Observatory....

This place is amazing! After arriving exhausted after a couple of weeks camping and a long bus ride, Jenni and her staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the passion all the staff have for the hostel is very evident and this really creates a homely and positive atmosphere...

Unbelievable hospitality. My stay here felt like home away from home with very clean rooms. The cleaning staff are greatly competent and have the place cleaned up in no time. I know when it was a long Long term accommodation there seemed to have been some dissatisfaction but I tell you that the new owner, Jenny had turned it around...

This Backpackers has become a "long term" Loft. BUT, you will not want to stay there for more than one night. Our "en suite" room was dirty - dust everywhere, filthy disgusting bathroom with urine leaking from the base of the toilet, moldy gross shower curtain that had allegedly been replaced 2 months ago ( What a joke! ). Moving...

As the busdriver I needed directions to the Bohemian Lofts. The receptionist was unable to assist. With inexpensive attention to detail...
