Probably one of the best b&b's we have ever stayed in, lovely comfy rooms, very well equipped, and breakfast, in the new garden room, surrounded by the ducks and chickens was a delight. Well done Magdalena! And food and staff in the Pandy Inn opposite was good and very friendly.

Pub and B&B are now separately owned but it doesn't matter, the two compliment each other superbly. The B&B is a delight. The wooden house is an astonishingly heavily built and attractive structure, and provides warm, airy, spacious comfort - a really lovely space in which to relax. Breakfast in the adjacent chalet is a great start to the day...

We needed a ground floor dog friendly room to stay at twice in one week, between Devon and North Wales, and I can't believe my luck that we found this B and B. It is far and away one of the best dog friendly rooms I have ever chanced upon. Magdalena, the owner, is so very hard working, friendly, and...

Our room was beautiful. Very rustic, with outstanding views over the countryside and ducks/chickens on your doorstep. If this is what you like then you can entice them closer with a biscuit from the room. The Super King size bed was enormous and so comfortable we didn't want to get up. The bathroom was very spacious and there was plenty...

Beautiful, unusual wooden chalet in lovely countryside! Extreme comfortable, roomy, light rooms, generous and delicious breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff! The free range ducks and chickens just by the side of the house are very entertaining to watch. Very scenic view from good size balcony.

We stayed at the b&b for a night, and found it comfortable and very clean. The views from the patio windows across the hills are stunning. Bathroom was very clean and modern, the bed comfortable, the only down side was no Internet or phone signal. We ate at the Pandy pub literally 1 minute walk away, food was very good...

A great little gem of a place to get away from it all, lovely views and a great pub with very nice welcome and food. Breakfast was also very good, and the service was very friendly and attentive. Would definitely go back.

I don't often give 5 star reviews - most of mine are grudging 4s but this is a real find. The B&B is associated with the pub - but a separate eco timber building set in a garden with fantastic views over the hills. Ducks, ducklings, cute bantams and chicks play in the garden, and with a little balcony and...

We spent just one night at the B&B but wish it was longer! Such a peaceful location, where we got a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was exceptionally clean and the balcony with an attractive view was a very welcome bonus. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. The ducks and chickens running around provided unusual entertainment...

This was a good find. My wife and I visited the area, including Hay on Wye and were looking for somewhere local to stay the night. We intended visiting the Pandy Inn and thought we would stay overnight in Dorestone at the Pandy Inn. However, we found that the Pandy Inn was a separate entity to the Pandy Inn B...
