I thought the fishing was good, you do have to get to know the lake. Look for beaver dams and use night crawlers or minnow I found them to work the best for Walleye & Small Mouth Bass. This place is amazing and so are the people. We went in July, I hear that the very best time is actually in June for Walleye. We went on the ATV day trip to Horseshoe lake that they offer it is a remote lake and the smallmouth bass were amazing.
