I can't fault this place on anything! I drive a 4X4 and a trailer for work so finding a place is hard. So glad the guy that answered the phone at a posh-ish Papamoa Beach motel didn't seem interested on the phone. Access to new Expressway is a big plus. Makes staying out of Tauranga a breeze! Will definitely stay...

Exceptionally clean and comfortable layover stop. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A quaint and cosy meal offering within walking distance at The Trading Post with food on par with 5 star restaurants.

Enjoyed a relaxing one night stay here. The host "Stan" was very welcoming. I had a beautiful room with a superking bed and spa bath. A small kitchenette had everything I needed to make dinner. I enjoyed looking out over the rugby fields on a beautiful summers evening. Super quiet. Do take time to smell the roses near the reception...

What a pity that most guests stay only one night. This is a well maintained, well managed motel that is one of the best I ever have been in. Stayed in spacious, well equipped two bedroom family unit. Highly recommended. Good location as a base between Rotorua, Whakatane and Tauranga.

The motel was great - well located, clean and tidy, great units which are well set out. We were in the area for a family get together, so it was great to have a motel which was easy to find and really comfortable. We were worried that the rooms might be a little noisy because of the road, but with...

Stayed one night over Easter. Stand out motel - reasonably priced, clean and fresh - just like new. Friendly and helpful hosts with a good knowledge of the area and their recommendation to book at "The Trading Post" for dinner was spot on.

This centrally placed motel is a gorgeous place to stay. The rooms are attractive, clean and comfortable and it's set in tranquil, spacious grounds. The bathrooms are stand-out fresh and clean. The hosts are also incredibly helpful and friendly. The motel is a few minutes walk from a great restaurant (The Trading Post) as well as good coffee from the...

We spent a night at The Junction Motel at the beginning of our East Cape holiday and found it to be very comfortable. The location to the Trading Post Restaurant is great. Highly recommend this motel.

This motel is the best in the Te Puke area. It is clean and as you would expect for an overnight stay. The only down side was we stayed in August and the room and bed felt damp and cold from non use. I would recommend you put the electric blankets and heater on as soon as you arrive. Very...

“Some minor road noise perhaps as motel is close to a main highway and probably more noticeable here than in Tauranga or Rotorua because it is so quiet.”

“Single beds in rooms with separate bedroom are really for children only. Very light and bouncy. Adults should sleep in lounge where there is a Superking (made up of two singles).”
