We booked in for 5 days and what a good decision that was. Gill was the perfect hostess who loved giving great service and doing all the little extra things that made our stay so enjoyable. We loved the little cakes that were left out at tea time and the chocs on the bed at night with the local proverbs. A magnificent location with superb accommodation, first class facilities and warm hospitality. Our spacious bedroom was well decorated with modern tasteful furnishings. The en suite bathroom included a spa bath with shower. A most comfortable and enjoyable stay accompanied with a first class breakfast consisting of high class food and great variety. A much appreciated afternoon snack and evening turn...

The fullsome praise in all the reviews is undoubtedly well-deserved. Though it is difficult to capture in mere words the pampered pleasure and complete delight we felt after too short a stay at the Kimeret. The attention to detail and friendly but professional service was unsurpassed - without a doubt, the best B & B we have ever stayed in....

No need to repeat others' praise. We left as friends.and what more can you ask. It is so quiet - the perfect place to unwind and recover from jetlag at the start of our trip. Don't miss the boat trip up the Abel Tasman it was a great day out. Good value fresh fish and seafish at The Smokehouse in...

What more could you ask for? Superb accommodation, great location and an absolutely wonderful hostess. Gill made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her personal touches in our room added to the relaxed feeling you get there. It's just a pity we couldn't stay longer - but we'll be back!

Kimeret Place was the loveliest B&B we stayed in during our trip in New Zealand. Gill was the most perfect hostess and she clearly loves what she does. Her breakfasts were heavenly and presented so well. She booked a boat trip, with a guy called Rod Stewart, to experience the beautify of the Abel Tasman Park. That trip is also...

Gil had the whole package in this special spot of beauty that transforms by the hour. She was the perfect dedicated host~sharing her knowledge about the area and helping with restaurants in nearby Mapua. Her breakfasts were most appealing and delicious on the deck of her welcoming home. The location was convenient for dining, a visit toAbel Tasman Nat'l Park...
