Amazing location, even though you are in the middle of the jungle there were basically no mosquitoes. The food was amazing though I wish there were a few more options, especially snacks. Was not the best surf conditions when I was there but the landscape is a great beach break full of sandbars full of potential when the wind is...

The location is amazing: isolated from any city, facing a really nice beach, quiet and really restful. A great place to spend a couple of days chilling. The food is really tasty and really affordable. I stayed in a uvi room. It was okay, appart from the dozens of mosquitos that attacked me in the morning. There are several activities...

This place is picture perfect: palm trees as far as the eye can see. The hostel is really well thought out (all sorts of accommodation, clean, tasteful) and the food was delicious. Again, agreeing with others, the staff seemed to be chosen by their looks rather than their customer service skills. They all had a bit of an attitude and...

We stayed 2 nights at the hostel, we took the cocohab and said that we wanted the vegetarian option for meals, this are the pros and cons of my experience: Pros: - First of all, I agree with many of the reviews I read here before my trip, the food is delicious. They really know what they do in the...

Lovely stay and great facilities. Literally feels like a resort for backpackers. Only got weird at the end. During your stay they keep all your water and food and room cost on a tab and at the end they just give you a random figure of what you owe and don't tell you the breakdown at all. Staying there for...

After traveling around Colombia and having great customer service experiences I had high hopes for this hostel as it was on the pricey side. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by the staff here. they are arrogant, non engaging and just plain rude. The area the where it's located is amazing it's not the best to swim or surf as extremely...

Had a great time here. Stayed in the hammock dorm for two nights - would have stayed longer but I couldn't hack any more in the hammock and needed a proper bed. Very chilled staff. Good food. Nice beach. Great people. Clean environment. Location is in the middle of nowhere (one other hostel within walking distance) but friendly communal vibe...

We spent 6 nights at Costeno for NYE and stayed in the massive dorm which is totally open and each bed has a mosquito net so no bites. This hostel has an amazing location right on the beach with lots of hammocks and beds for lounging. The food at the restaurant is really good. You get a few choices for...
