Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We have had 9 people staying for 5 nights and the truth is that we have felt like it was our home. The Rural House is equipped with 6 double rooms, with shower and private bathroom, inside each room. The House began to provide service about 3/4 years ago, so it is completely new and has also carried out expansion and improvement works, to have the garden, which it did not have at the beginning.
The rooms are exterior, spacious and have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. They have a bathroom with shower, TV, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. It can be rented as a complete house or by rooms. We prefer to rent it completely in order to be able to use it without other guests outside the Group.
The house has a toilet - next to the games room - for common use, has a barbecue, living room with fireplace and TV and a games room (billiards, table football, pingpong, etc.), WIFI, air conditioning and is located in the small town of Riolobos, with a Supermarket, Bars, Bakery, etc. nearby and close to a very large Municipal Park, which allows you to take a walk nearby.
It has two terraces. A main one with views of the town, and another rear one, larger and with a barbecue.
It has a washing machine and dishwasher and has detergent, tablets and the most basic things you need: oil, salt, Fairy, cloths, etc.
It has made an extension that allows it to have a garden and a swimming pool (not construction). It is easy to park in the area and it has a garage.
It is well located for excursions: Cáceres 45 min.; JERTE 56 min.; MONFRAGÜE 44 min.; CASAR DE PALOMERO 54 min.; PLASENCIA 23 min., etc.
In our case we have ordered breakfasts for each day, so each day, depending on our activities, we indicated the time at which they had to leave it. The breakfasts were very complete and varied, changing bread, fruit, cold cuts and dessert every day, and one day they even brought us churros.
Furthermore, what was left over from breakfast was left for us, so we could use it for dinner.
In addition to everything mentioned, I would also like to point out that we always found a positive response to any suggestion we made, so on an intermediate day they cleaned the bathrooms, with a change of towels.
We had a bar next door, but we practically didn't use it because we didn't need it. The supermarket was very close, as was the bakery.
Montse, the owner, has provided personalized attention, always trying to give us the best service.
