Thanks to our wonderful hosts we spent another excellent nights stopover at the Manoir. It is one of the best b and b's we know and we never fail to have a relaxing stay and a wonderful meal. So very highly recommended!

We returned to the Manoir this weekend for a few days away from London and were delighted to be back there. The same warm welcome awaited us and the attached converted barn where we stayed was spacious, comfortable and well equipped and the table d'hotes dinner in the Manor House was delicious and reasonably priced and it was lovely to...

We spent a night here on the way to and again on the way back from a holiday to the Loire Valley. It was just perfect in everyway! The house is a delight and full of beautiful antiques, artefacts and paintings. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished and extremely comfortable and it is very peaceful and quiet. We were fortunate to...

We stayed at the Manoir de Chaussoy at the end of a week's holiday in Brittany as a stop-off point to the tunnel. We arrived exhausted but the welcome we got soon revived us - home-made muffins and hot and cold drinks on the terrace in the sun in a beautiful garden with no traffic sounds at all, just cows...

We were delighted with our couple of days in the Somme Valley, especially as the Manoir is a great place to stay: a beautiful old manor house complete with babbling brook, lovely gardens and quirky, original, comfortable, spacious rooms and it's well placed for the coast at St Valery and other sights. Catherine and Jean-Pierre were extremely welcoming and breakfast...

This was a one-night stopping off point for us on our way South, but we wish we had been staying longer! A superb place to stay - the house is charming, our hosts equally so, and the food was excellent. We arrived late, having driven down from a late afternoon boat into Calais, but nothing was too much trouble for...

We stayed here after a long and tiring journey from the north of England. The room we were given could only be described as a suite, it was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. The Manoir is exactly as you would expect one to be. We took the evening meal which was delicious, as was breakfast. Madame spoke good English...

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at the Manoir De Chaussoy and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The surroundings and building are beautiful; we were shown to our room (more of a suite as it had a living room area) which was immaculate and homely. Our hosts couldn't have done more for us - we were brought nibbles...

We had found the manoir on an internet search and chose based on reviews on Tripadvisor and the helpfulness of the proprietors when we made enquiries. I thought it looked like a good choice and this was confirmed when we arrived! Jean-Pierre greeted us warmly and showed us to our room, which was a beautifully laid out and furnished afair...

Found by searching the net - the Trip Advisor profile is impressive and quite rightly so. We stopped off for a night on our way further south. Excellent food and comfortable accommodation with a good bottle of wine cost 156 Euros. It is distinctive, welcoming and refreshingly different. If you are looking for this type of accommodation then I would...
