We spent 4 nights in this cortjio and I can only say this was a great stay. Very friendly hosts, beautifull house, rooms, garden, swimmingpool, etc. We couldn't wish for more. Within a 5 minutes drive your into the centre of a small town with a couple of bars and restaurants. We have seen a few in spain but these...

My partner and I spent a long weekend at Cortijo Piedra in July, and we've been recommending it to everyone since. Jim and Anne have created a beautful home and garden for guests to enjoy and they cannot do enough for you. Bedrooms and balconies are thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and the breakfasts by far the best I have ever...

Although you would find Cortijo Piedra listed on Trip Advisor under 'B&B's in Malaga', a more representative search would be 'Top Class Tranquil Retreat, with impeccable hosts, accommodation and surroundings'. In the heart of the Andalucian countryside, surrounded by rolling mountains and olive trees, you will find a beautifully restored farmhouse. Such time and care has been put into the...

I was travelling alone and looked for a small, friendly, beautiful and alternative place where I could spend my holidays in harmony, surrounded by nature and the culture of real Andalusia. At cortijo piedra, the owners Ann and Jim gave me a very warm welcome and even more than this.. nearly a feeling of family ( that im my case...

One of the most welcoming, relaxing places you could ever hope to stay. I cannot fault anything about this fantastic cortijo and genuinely felt sad to leave it. The cortijo itself is beautiful, cleverly designed and incredibly tranquil, but it is really the owners who make this place what it is; a really lovely, warm couple, who make you feel...

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Cortijo Piedra for 4 nights in July. The house is a wonderfully restored agricultural property - a beautiful suite, garden and landscape. Every detail, inside and out, from antique furniture to planting was just perfect. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful - Anne and Jim were wonderful and attentive hosts, we thoroughly recommend a...

Our two night stay was very peaceful, an idyllic retreat away from the Malaga coast and a lovely restful end to an active holiday. The hospitality was second to none. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - fresh fruit, warm bread, tortilla, fresh orange juice etc etc, and Ann surprised us with outstanding home made scones and cream while we...

My husband and I had such a wonderful time here. The views (especially the sunsets) are breathtaking...seeing the sunset over 100s of olive trees was so beautiful. We had been traveling extensively, and this was our rest stop for a few days. Jim and Anne were the kindest and most hospitable people that we have met on our trip thus...

Once we left Cortijo Piedra we felt the same as must have felt Adam and Eva thousands of years ago when they were banned from Eden . For us it was time to go back home and we had to leave Eden too. Fortunately we can come back, who would not want to experience Eden more and more….? Anne and...

Stayed at Cortijo Piedra for only one night on our way to a villa, but would have loved to have stayed longer. Not only is the place as beautiful as described, but Anne and Jim could not do enough to make sure that our stay was a delight - from tapas and wine on arrival, too late for local restaurants,...
