Our stay in this FRONT DESK rental was disastrous. We had booked a stay February 16th 2023 through February 21st 2023 we ended up vacating the property the night of February 20th 2023 when we had absolutely no water. After 4 days of asking them to send a plumber due to the fact we had no shower in the guest room bath and a stopped up sink in the master bath we waited and gave them complete entry to the condo to make the repair and no one showed up after 12 texts to this company all I heard from them were apologies no response no plumber no intention of fixing these repairs so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews my daughter alerted me to the fact they are 1 Star. b BEWARE of this company,They are awful .I am in the process of disputing this with my Credit Card company. Apologies this is not a “stay” review, but I have to say anyone who puts out a bucket of candy with a trick-or-treat sign is top notch in my book. And I can’t wait to stay in their home with such a spectacular location and view. Thank you

Spent a lovely labour day weekend at one of the cottages here. The cottages have a vintage feel and are exceptinally clean. They are fully equiped with everything you would need. If you would like to be provided with a BBQ just ask and it is delivered to your deck. The owners and staff are very accomodating and friendly. They even built a fire in the "community" fire pit for our family to make smores. The beach is a long white sand beach and the water was still warm. There is wifi in the office and space to hang out there. There is also satelite TV in each cottage. This is a unique and family run business with a great price point. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place. Take a little step back and enjoy your time here. Perfect family, couples or friends vacation destination.…

When you arrive to Warren's Cottages it seems like a small almost dead end road, but then opens up to a beautiful array of wildlife and scenery! Seriously if you don't stay at least go to see the view and the beach! They have an awesome trail you wont find anywhere else on the island that goes from the road along the cliff with a massive ocean view, and to a historical school remnants, must be over 100 years old. Then you walk up the cliff over the hill and your path opens to a giant field and an even more beautiful view! There was even an old train caboose sitting up there. Not to mention it was Half the price of staying in a crammed hotel compared to staying in thunder bay, we had a full cottage. They have satellite tv, though ours did not work. But if you are staying there you don't need it, makes it more romantic ;) Sitting on the beach nobody else around with wine and the sunset.. wow doesnt get better I will come again thanks !! Lots to see enjoy your time :)…

We decided at the last minute to do something special for Canada's 150. Most places were booked but we did find this place and so glad we did . We basically had place to ourselves. Our cottage had a screened porch and an outer deck. Inside was dated but clean. Bedroom could use a blind as light shone in making it difficult to sleep. Shower is small but functional. Our cottage was virtually a two minute walk to a beautiful beach. We had brought our own chairs so we were good to go. Not sure about swimming as it appeared rocky but lovely for a walk. No wifi or internet but we did not care. Satellite TV was not working but this was not a problem either . St. Peter's a small village is ten minutes away as well as Greenwich National Park and the Confederation Trial. We drove to Souris for lunch and the fireworks. About 20 minutes away . It has stores for groceries as does Morell which is 10 minutes or so. Beautiful scenery. You are away from the crowds of Cavendish and Summerside but worth it. We would definitely go back to this area. Playground for children and a laundromat. …

my Best friend, her family and I had the amazing opportunity to get a vacancy at Warren's. The Cottage was home away from home! The privacy and hospitality is second to none! The beach, the area, the scenery!! Only thing that we noticed we didn't have was internet, but it was so awesome to disconnect....some places on the beach had service, but enjoy the sea air and the freedom..... you can download online later!!! Mary and the family that operate this beautiful hidden gem, is top class. You will need for nothing! Just ask! Can't wait to visit again! Thanks again

Just got back from a one week vacation in PEI. We chose to stay at Warren's mainly because it was not in the heart of tourist towns. If you want to have a peaceful, stress free vacation this is the place for you. The cottages themselves are okay. They need a bit of work but are clean and comfortable. Everything worked in all 3 cottages we booked. The decor is a bit dated and some screens were missing, and the TVs were a bit small but other than that we had no issues. The beach was beautiful! We pretty much had it to ourselves the whole time. A couple of days the water was so calm you could actually see lobsters swimming! We had bonfires on the beach and on our final might we had a lobster cookout right on the beach. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Cellphone coverage was weak and there is no wifi so you are really and truly off grid there. The owners were very relaxed and friendly. St. Peter's Bay is approximately 10 minutes away and it has a gas station with some supplies, a restaurant and a fish market. The town of Morrell is around 20 minutues away or Souris which is 30 to 40 minutes where you can buy groceries. Charlottetown is closer to an hour away but you can stock up there on your way out to the cottages since they have a Walmart, Superstore, Sobey's etc. I think that it would not take much to bring this resort to a five star status. A few extra touches like supplying chairs for the beach, perhaps some screen rooms so you can eat outside in the evening, and updating the cottages a bit. All in all we would stay there again and the other 8 people we were with all agreed that they would have no problem staying there again also.…

Back about 25 years ago our family along with another family went over to the island and stayed for a week. The trip may have been long ago however the memories are as good as yesterday. We stayed in one of the smaller cottages (shaped like a rail car) and the Mcphees stayed in one of the bungalows. Honestly it was the best vacation that my sister and myself had with our parents and whenever we are speaking of our childhood the stories always come up from this vacation. From us running on the beach, "playing" with lobsters in the water or cooking up the fish that we caught that day deep sea fishing. And one of the best memories was listening to Mary (the owner at the time) tell us ghost stories by the fire. If you are looking for a place to go to be with your family and make memories then this would be the place for you to go. I always said it would be fun for the Mcphees and Crawfords to go back to the cottages for old time sake, of course with all of the additional famly members now. …

Was very excited to see this place as the pictures were breathtaking, and we were not disappointed at all! These cottages are set on beautiful waterfront land, with breathtaking views and a once and a lifetime sunset!! The cottage itself was very clean, with everything we needed included, except a phone :( There is no cell service which really isn't a problem as long as there is a landline in case of an emergency. If you have a cell phone booster, bring it along!! The beach is beautiful. The cottages are very well priced, probably the best price on the island for this type of a private waterfront setting! The owners are very friendly and welcoming as well.

Great experience! Cottage not fancy but nicely kept and the location is amazing! We were there at peak season and still had very little competition for beach space. And the beach is amazing to walk up and down. Even saw lobsters swimming in the water! The cabin owner even invited us to a local party. This is definitely a hidden gem of a place. Even less than an hour drive into Charlottetown. Definitely recommend this area as one of the better places to visit in PEI.
