The customer service was almost nonexistent. Very little in terms of welcoming us, asking us what we wanted to do/see, did we have any questions, etc. And this is not an inexpensive place, so I would expect some basic interaction. I do realize that my lack of Spanish is my problem and I honestly didn't expect all of the staff...

Unfortunately we arrived later than expected on our first night, too late to find dinner. However, a pizza was being delivered to another guest, and the staff arranged another order for us, and we were able to have beers as well from the little bar on site. The rooms? Cabins are well furnished with local crafts, bathroom incredibly well stocked...

The room was lovely and spacious. The hotel was close to the ruins. Great pool and outdoor area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing is that they aren't many restaurants walking distance and sometimes you just want to relax without having to leave the hotel.

If you want to spend some nights in a place apart but fit to the spirit of a magic place like Palenque, this hotel will fit you. The personnel are kind, attentive and delicate, especially at the reception.

We stayed at this hotel two nights, and based on reviews we checked with them to see if they accept pets. They do, and since we were traveling this vacation with our dog we were happy to book. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the location, (very close to the Palenque entrance) and our bungalow. Set in the jungle,...

We stayed here a couple of years ago and had a fantastic experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and cool and the outdoor bathtub was fantastic to relax in. The breakfast was delicious and served to our door. Would definitely recommend this place.

I simply could not wait to excape from the place. I have never experienced such a terrible smell in a hotel. I understand the jungle is wet, but there must be something that can be done to dry somehow the rooms. I only imagine what may happen during summertime. WiFi available all over the area but not in my room,...

I stayed only 1 night and didn't use many of it's offered services, but the hotel is very nice, really boutique in it's location, decoration and amenities. Consists of small cabins that are the actual rooms, the terraces are romantic, every cabin has a jacuzzi ... Really nice. They serve your breakfast on your private terrace, surrounded by the jungle...

On the "plus" side: The grounds are lush and beautiful. Our room (number 101) was enormous with a comfortable king bed, large porch furnished with a couch, hammock, and sunken tub; adequate lighting in the bathroom and bedroom. The hotel is located on the road to the Palenque archeological site, so you are just minutes away from there. The lobby...
