We were With a tour so I don't know what these rooms go for but we had a great two night stay. The room was clean, bright and the bathroom had a great shower. The pool was a little cool for us but we are used to the beach so we may be too demanding. The food in the restaurant...

We wanted to get away for a few days and be close to the archeological ruins of Palenque. We were very fortunate to stay at this hotel. It is clean, beautiful and you feel like you are in the jungle. The pool is a place to where you want to spend some time. You could walk to the ruins from...

For palenque, this place is nice - it's not the top of the line, but it' peaceful and comfortable. DO NOT GET A MASSAGE from their contracted massage person. It was not only terrible, but extremely creepy!!!!! Another thing I didn't like was that the restaurant staff was rude. However, this is from the American perspective...if you're an american traveling...

The reservation was quoted as 300 USD with 18% tax. When I arrived at the hotel. They made me pay 300*(1+18%) = 354 USD at an exchange rate of 1 : 13.5. Therefore, I had to pay 4779 pesos. However, the current exchange rate is less than 1:13. I was overcharged! Moreover, the hotel promised two double beds and a...

We stayed two nights here. Although the property was occupied with us two and one family we got the worst room with no view. The room seemed to be unfinished. Holes in the walls missing sockets, no Aircondition device. Room was dark and very uncomfortable. No chance to change the room. Staff is not kind at all. Do not eat...

Two friends and I were due to meet at this hotel but arriving on separate nights. My friends arrived a day before I did. They asked the management if they could move from their 1 bed room to a 2 bed room when i arrive, then we could all share the cost of one room rather than me paying for...

As I was lying in the hammock on the front porch, I thought, "life could not be more perfect." I'm a nature girl, but I also enjoy comfort and upscale facilities. This was a fabulous mix of both. The hotel is in the jungle, away from the noise, the huts have their own private porches with hammocks, and the rooms...

The landscaping of this hotel was exquisite! The rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were super helpful and kind. It was easy to arrange transport to the Palenque ruins, town, etc. Highly recommend Hotel Jarines La Aldea

Aldea hotel is a good option for voyager who are looking for a comfortable accomodation in the middle of Palenque jungle an very near to the ruins ( suggested to visit at the opening 8:30 am). Need to mention the amazing swimming pool and the small and pretty iguanas walking in the garden. Restaurant and staff is on average

I have never found it so hard to choose somewhere to say as based on the reviews here everywhere at Palenque seemed to have a downside – albeit in the case of the OTT Quinta Chanabnal that is cost and having only a handful of rooms. Added to that is the choice of staying in the country or in the...
