We used the family offer that the hotel has on their webpage. 3 nights, including breakfast and dinner.
We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The place is clean, the owner and the staff were amazing, the food was great (my Italian Family) loved it, the place offers a lot of games for kids!! The pool was nice (kids loved it)
The room was a little small, and you could hear your neighbours a little, but we didn't mind at all.
Definately a very nice place to go when travelling with kids!

We have been at the hotel for a weekend. The staff was very helpful start from our "Pre-Arrival" going through all our stay.
The dinner was very good as well as the breakfast. Tha Room was ok, very simple. It will be a good idea to put some "modern" in to it.
Overall we enjoyed our stat.

That'a a wonderful stay!!! If you'll be pleased to visit relaxed in a nice hotel with kind and nice staff (above all the enterteiner!), this is the right place for you!!!
Sky runs are 5 km far away, L'Aquila are just 20 km away and the nature is extraordinary.

We will be very happy to suggest you this hotel for your journey

We had one hour highway ride from Rome for 4 days of Skiing staying in this Hotel.
The service was very personal with the Owners in house taking care of guests. The rooms have a very basic decoration and furniture but the bed was comfortable enough for a good night sleep. Very good heating throughout the hotel and in the room, wonderful heated pool for relaxation after a day on the snow makes a big difference. The half board offered a good dinner with choices and outstanding service, the chef was ready to adapt and deliver any specific request we could have and the quality of food was above expectation, good and convenient regional wines. We also enjoyed the in house Bar and Coffee shop open until late for drinks at very convenient prices. Entertainment with after dinner music and shows in Italian were taken care by dedicated professional staff and this makes a big difference given the small village has nothing to offer. In the morning it took us a 3 minutes ride to be at the base of the ski area. Great place to enjoy a few days with guarantee snow. We will certainly go back.

We stayed in this hotel due to its proximity to the Campo Felice lifts (10 minutes away) at a reasonable price (half board) and we had a very good time. Excellent food with a minimum of choice even for children, possibility of renting ski equipment directly at the hotel (there is a rack where you can leave them at the end of the day) and of using the shuttle service to go to the slopes without using your car. All the staff were very kind and helpful, a note of merit to the handyman (entertainer would be an understatement) Elvis Payno, really nice. The rooms are clean and with the radiators always on (at least at night); new and spacious bathroom (the only flaw is the really small sink). The hotel also has a play room for the little ones (up to 6 years), a tavern with a ping-pong table and adjacent bar, sauna, small gym and a swimming pool (I think 4x8). I would have preferred the pool to be 1-2 degrees warmer but it is the temperature change when returning to the room that should be avoided but I know that they should do some work to move (and expand) the lift more towards the pool area (it is now in the Hall).

We spent a wonderful Christmas Eve in the company of the entertainment team. The moment of delivering Santa's presents is beautiful. The children were very happy.
The very nice wellness center helps you relax well.
Renovated rooms and delicious cuisine

I went for a training camp with my football team. The TV was tiny with bad quality, the bed was uncomfortable and the connection was poor. Speaking of the somewhat poor food the pasta was pre-cooked, it was full of pepper (in every pasta). There was Daniele who was the (silent) waiter who didn't bring me an encore, even though he still had some and gave it to the others.

I stayed in the hotel with my football team. We paid full board and received appalling treatment. Extremely uncomfortable beds, quite inedible food, not to mention the rudeness of the waiter. One evening the latter was asked to bring some parmesan because it had run out; he started to say "it's finished, but there's no need for it anyway because it's already inside the pasta" or, a boy had asked for plain pasta rather than the first course on the menu. At the time of the encore, the boy kindly asked for the pasta on the menu to taste and was told "since you wanted plain pasta, I won't give it to you so you can learn" and it was finally served to him by another waitress . This is taking advantage of the fact that we are sixteen years old despite the fact that we have paid for all the services.
