I booked two nights camping trip with hookup for my trailer. Arrived no problem showed me to my site. Kids really enjoyed the water toys something you wont experience anywhere else. I received a gate pass upon check in which i went out second day to grab a few things. When i returned there was a line up about 5...

We spent an afternoon on the August long weekend and while busy and difficult to get a parking spot until they opened the additional parking the busyness in water added to the fun for the kids. Come early to get a parking spot right along side the beach and picnic area making it easy to bring food and cooking supplies...

First time at Emerald Lake. Great place for young kids to spend a day, but very expensive and no security. Incident in the water with seven 20 something males who terrorized swimmers, ejected kids from floaters, over crowded the floaters after repeatedly told by lifeguards to get off. Rude, arrogant and ignorant. Out of control. One male punched a woman....

This was our first time going to Emerald Lake as a family fun day! It was during the week, bit busy and very hot but we brought our beach umbrella and chairs so all was good! Our son who is 9 had a blast and so did we BUT my only issue is the constant whistles blowing every 5 minutes...

Thank you for taking the time to review our park! Thanks for your pointers and tips! We do practice managing water safety in the watertoy area from paddle boards and kayaks as well as watching from the shoreline, and physically on toys at various points and times of day. Many of the rules for each toy are posted directly on...

We recently stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Cabin. The cabin was so clean, and exceeded my expectations. Not much privacy when outside but everyone was very nice, fellow vacationers and staff. The beach was very clean, I was very impressed. I would totally recommend this place and we will return for sure. A few small things I would...

Thank you for taking the time to review our park! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! We will definitely be talking to our staff about the incident you mentioned with cell phone use! That's against our policy and training. We're sorry to hear about that. Our lifeguards normally do have megaphones. It sounds like you...

I took my 2 children, ages 13 and 11 to the water park last week and it was very busy. I understand that it was peak holiday time, so the place was packed. When we arrived, my children were immediately excited by the water park wonderland. So many cool flotations in the water to play on. My annoyance stemmed from...

I've been to visit the water play area twice with my sons. The play structures are great and the place itself is really neat, but I did feel like it was really unsafe at times for my kids. We visited over the long weekend, so it was very busy. There appeared to be about 2 lifeguards watching at least 100...

Thank you for taking the time to review our park! I'm sorry that you did not see all of our lifeguards supervising our watertoys areas. On the day you were at our park, we had 8+ lifeguards at various times of the day in multiple positions surrounding our park. As you said, it was an incredibly busy day. The lifeguards...

Just spent the day at emerald lake and wow what a water wonderland. Lots to do down by the beach area. If you hot and need to cool down, go to emerald lake with the family. A little pricy on the rental equipment up front but when all is said and done you get your money back at the end....

My daughter had a volleyball tournament on July 9, 2016 held by a volleyball association at this location. My wife had entered her for the tournament at 8:30 am. I came later with my 4 younger children at 11:30 am. The entrance fee for the volleyball tournament was $10 per carload; however, they refused to let us in unless we...

It's unfortunate that you were not informed by your association in the emailer they sent out to all participants that all individuals arriving after 10am would be required to pay regular price. We suggest that you take that up with your volleyball association. As a host facility, not an organizer in the events, we only know what we're told by...

We had a warm welcome when we arrived and found the owners and staff to be very friendly throughout our stay. There are security gates that are closed at night to make you feel secure and a code needed to get in. There were a lot of planned activities for kids on the weekend including an outdoor movie at dusk...

Thank you for taking the time to review our park! We're so happy that you had a great stay with us. We hope to see you again in the future! (We're not happy with our internet and WiFi either! Unfortunately, it's the best we're able to get in rural Ontario. We're hoping for something better in the near future!)
