Lovey owner! We had 2 great nights sleep here, really comfortable beds. Very good cooked breakfast. Good dvds in the theatre room and lots to do in the games room! The only con is the bathroom isn't connected to the room (room number 1) but a nice hot shower. *Birregurra is very small and we arrived too late to get...

We were two couples who had a lovely stay there in Saturday. Hosts fantastic and offered return transport to Brae. Rooms met our needs and loved the games room. Great breaky the next morning. Very affordable and ideal base for Brae diners.

Wife and I stayed here for 1 night. Is a very interesting B & B. The owner is fantastic and can't do enough for you. Our room was small ( about 1 cat based on cat ratings 1 very small to 10 being very big) Just a small walk to the main town.

Butler's is an old house that became a hospital then a retirement home, so it's no surprise that the rooms are small and the bathrooms are festooned with support rails. the house is a warren of rooms, some of them with old signs like Ward 4 painted on them, but it's a delight. There are plenty of small sitting rooms...

Our group goes away one weekend a year. This year we chose Birregurra and Butlers Guest House. It easily accommodated 11 Adults and 2 children. The host Ross and Jenny couldn't have done more for us. Their advice on local attractions was spot on. The Guest House was a collectors paradise, full of interesting and quirky pieces everywhere you looked....

Wonderful little get away! Owners are lovely and very helpful. Had our privacy and room was very comfortable with our own en-suit. Great stay to relax and unwind by the fire or in the Jacuzzi on a cold night!

Another delightful stay in the beautifully converted hospital to guesthouse! with its character and charm, it has me coming back time and time again. This time exploring the nearby otways; i may add, there are so many things to see and do around this area, you wont get to do them all in one weekend - definitely worth a try...

This is a comfortable, clean guest house. It has good facilities, with a pool room, cinema, lounge with fire and another lounge with tea and coffee making facilities. Room was comfortable, although en-suite was quite basic.
