No record of our names, no booking, think they thought we were pulling a fast one! We showed their phone number on our iPhone when we spoke to a lady. The gentleman just kept standing there with no sign of helping us or any offer of a pitch! There were spaces. Disappointed 😒

Sorry, sorry, sorry. As I said at the time I have no idea how your booking didn't make it into our system. I really do apologise for all the inconvenience. I did offer a site large enough for your caravan but it was only available for the first night of your required length of stay, so understandably you decided to...

We used the caravan park as a base to explore Bruny Island and the Houn Valley. The cabin was suitable for our needs but the Wifi was not able to be connected easily and stay connected. The park had great laundry facilities and the BBQ area well great but you needed to pay for the BBQ.

Stayed at Snug for 5 nights. Facilities were fine & we had everything that we needed close at hand. Park was clean & tidy. Our requirements where met. Close to the water which met the needs of our fisherman folk. Kitchen was a welcome addition & comfort when bad weather hit.

You wont find this site in Lonely Planet, fellow travellers recommended this site while we were on Bruny Island, only 10 mins from the Ferry at Kettering via a top up of food at the great Organic fruit and veg shop, this site is right on the beach of a quiet bay with practically your own private beach. Mo was...

Arrived at this location and whilst checking in was greeted by the owner whose attitude was unfriendly and everything seemed a problem. Very undesirable attitude, lack of warmth towards us as customers. Thanks for running an accommodation facility that had good facilities and cleanliness. The owner needs a lesson on what the requirements of running a caravan park are and...

That must have been me. I sincerely apologise for not being my usual chirpy self when we met. Thanks for the wake up call - it won't happen again.

Not the most modern cabins but very cosy and warm. They are clean and well spaced apart with easy parking. The staff were friendly and facilities were spot on. Located a way down the road but you can still walk to venues

Great park, clean, tidy. Our well equipped cabin is a very large 2 bedroom cabin, QS bed and 4 full size singles (2sets of bunks), large bath and plenty of room for 2 busy kids. Laundry facilities excellent condition.

We've stayed here a number of times...it has everything to offer..only minutes from the city, virtually on the beach, close to the Bruny Island Ferry, and everything that Southern Tasmania has to offer. The park itself is clean with a fantastic camp kitchen where you can cook and store food, make coffee, watch tv, recharge your electronic devises. We keep...

We brought our 8M caravan to the park prior to going to Bruny Island. The park is located close to the beach and not far from the ferry terminal. The park is very busy. It has all the facilities we needed.

My partner and I decided to call into the Snug Cabin and Caravan Park, hoping for a romantic little cabin for a night away. This, however, turned out to be an expensive mistake. We were charged $79 for a cabin which included entertainment and heating, which turned out to be an undersized television without an aerial or DVD player and...

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. I am so sorry that we disappointed you in so many ways; clearly there is a need to review our housekeeping spot check process, which we have done. I have also reviewed the fit out of the cabin - installed a larger heater and reconnected the TV antenna.
