We had visited this place in summers, the forest was dry with high temperatures during day time and cool during nights. Not much sightings though, we managed to spot tigress and her cubs. Quiet and peaceful place. Jungle lodges have been great at managing safaris and their staff is very cordial. Since it's on hill, public transport isn't available to...

Visited this JLR between 14th and 16th March 2016. As we were 2 couples we had booked 2 Loghuts. The huts were built on log stilts with log walls and roof, giving a "jungle" touch. The accommodation was very comfortable. Being 10 km into the sanctuary, it was not surprising to see deer grazing from the balcony! The staff were...

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at K Gudi. We were very impressed with our guides on the two safari's that we did. They were knowledgable and full of enthusiasm for the wildlife which they communicated very well to us. The whole resort was well run and everything ran to time and as planned. We were delighted to see...

This is my second visit to the camp in three months, the drive, location, accommodation are excellent, food is a bit spicy to my taste, Safari is short ride compared to other jungle safaris about 2 hrs, you need to be really lucky to spot any big animals as the terrain is hilly and evergreen forest, the rides are excellent...

A very good place to relax and enjoy nature. The views from room are exellent. Greeneery all around. Food average but insde jungle nothing more can be expected. The last 20 kms drive is especially very good inside the reserve .We sighed gaurs, wild boars and lots of deers and a single wild elephant. All in all worth visting once.

Rooms are blended with the nature. We stayed in tent but these tents are protected from rain and sun. Food is basic but very satisfactory. Location is excellent, rich in birds and 2 safari trips each for 2.5 hours is included in room tariff. Safari is enjoyable provided you have good naturalist with you. We had naturalist named 'Narayan' ,...

Safaris.. That's what this place offers. Couple of safaris. Ensure you pack right clothing with good jackets. Jeep tracks are dusty during summer. Both you and your camera equipment will be covered with dust at end of each safari. Food will be enjoyed by Kannadigas.. Got awesome Bisi bele bath for breakfast.

We stayed in a log hut, not luxurious but comfortable. The power was limited to morning and evening but this didn't really affect us. The service was excellent, the food was delicious. Wild boar ( mild boar ) spotted deer, langur monkeys and lots of birds could be seen around the camp - frequently from the outdoor dining area. The...

If you are planning to do safari than this is the place. It's very close to the gate. Only place to stay near the safari. There are few homestays which are 20kms from here. Slightly overpriced, we paid almost 13k for one night all inclusive (includes 2safaris). We stayed in tented accommodation and being a weekday we were the only...
