The cuisine as exquisite as the service staff. Thanks to Nicola, Sara, Alessia and others whose names I do not know. A hug to a sweet presence. The care of the food and its abundance pampered us for a week
We will return prox year

You are greeted by friendly and helpful staff in a facility that has certainly seen better times. Our room was very large, but a little lacking in terms of cleanliness (dirty windows, a little dust on the bed head, bathroom not ventilated enough...).
The air conditioning is quite effective but very noisy, especially with a variable noise which is therefore particularly annoying at night. Even from the nearby state road, as well as from the adjacent rooms, often annoying noises come from and the soundproofing is certainly not a strong point of the structure: I recommend earplugs for the night. Comfortable beds.
Outside there is a fairly large car park but not private or guarded, always quite full (July) but there is never a shortage of space.
The room keys are not left with the doorman but hang on a key ring monitored by cameras... I didn't particularly appreciate this.
Breakfast is served on the veranda in front of the hotel, in a way that didn't drive me crazy: there are tables set with something already served (a couple of croissants, a few slices of cake, and little more), and in the buffet area It's not like there's much else (very little salty). In short, forget the typical holiday hotel buffet that makes you feel spoiled and pampered. Maybe in the end you would eat the same things, but it's different.
The beach is easily reachable via the station underpass, but it is managed in an absolutely terrible way. The lifeguard is practically never there and more than once there has been confusion in the assignment of umbrellas: probably some guest had simply misunderstood his number, but the fact is that the situation had to be resolved between the two contenders or at most by calling the hotel. Is it acceptable for the lido to be "self-managed"?
A kiosk is under construction, in fact (in July) it was finished but closed. Maybe it will have opened in the meantime. The bathroom is there but, evidently, it is only open at the discretion of the aforementioned fugitive lifeguard: for example, at lunch time, it was always closed. On the other side of the street, however, there is a bar and a pizzeria.
The price, in this crazy 2023, was still honest considering that the beach service was also present, and this, together with the tranquility of Casalbordino and the friendliness of the staff, partially saves the stay.
