Con: - the intermittence of hot water and centralized heat - the WC was dirty - the shower couldn't be used because of the lack of hot water

We stayed in Pension Brancoveanu 4 nights. I can say that for sure, the penaion can not be rated as a 4 star. In 4 days they did not clean the room , not even once. The steps in the pension were muddy and remain like this. The WC was working poorly, and when the person in charge was asked, they replied it is working fine. The towels were not changed during the 4 night stay.... I can say more but I believe that one should pay attention before paying a lot of money and not receive the service for the value payed.

The rooms are ok, though it gets pretty hot and they don't have AC. Also there are no mosquito nets so it's impossible to sleep with the windows open. Prices ok, pretty convenient location. The wifi is not the best.

the absolute nightmare. It is rated as a 4 stars hotel on a serious booking site and I fell for it. It is actually a small pension, maximum 2 stars, with small rooms , a cold reception and a tiny garden. The suite was called so because the room was split in two by an artificial wall and there bearely fitted a couch and a TV. There are no bathroom accesoires, the whirlpool (the room was more expensive due to this facility) was broken. The breakfast is the absolute horror: 3 types of breakfast, no possibillity to mix them, one warm drink per menu(for an extra coffe or tea you have to pay). Never going there again!

I had the chance to enjoy one of the rooms with jacuzzi. Definitely a good value for money: the room was big, confortable and with a great view. Staff was friendly and available, and the free wifi provided a good connection. The hotel is on the main road leading to Moieciu de Sus, easily reachable and with parking facilities. Definitely recommended.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately the food and the services should be much improved.
We liked: - room size - cleanliness - comfortable bad and mattress
We didn't like: - Hot or even warm water was missing at all. We couldn't take a shower on our entire stay - Sound insulation is very poor - Food quality could be better - Very small relaxing place around the building - Very small and uncomfortable bathroom

The room was fine, the place by car is 8 min from Bran, the matress is comfortable, 2nd floor deluxe room view at the mountains, small river, we didnt take breakfast, so we dont know, the price is reasonable, not something to do on the area that the hotel is situated, but you can relax and feel the nature around you
