Our stay at Raffles Praslin was what you would expect of such a fine brand - nothing less than perfection! We stayed in a panoramic ocean view room and the view and pool was stunning. All of our meals were with the resort and the food was consistently impressive, always with enough variety to keep things interesting. I really loved the smaller touches like the easel and crayons in our room, the fresh coconut on arrival and the lime and juniper seeds in our mini bar accompanying the gin. It’s these sorts of attention to detail that make hotels stand out. Also, to call out two spectacularly impressive efforts: 1. Beshera from their reservations team went above and beyond with assisting with issues we had obtaining our entry permit from the health authority. If not for her extra efforts contacting the authorities, we would have had to cancel our entire Seychelles trip. We would really like to commend Beshera’s level of service, which I think is necessary to have access to when changing government regulations and flight cancellations make travel very stressful and, at worse, impossible. We had reached out to another 5 star hotel for the same assistance, and Beshera’s level of service outshone the other hotel by far. 2. The eco-conscious efforts by the resort. Even when they decorated our room with a special birthday surprise, the decorations were either paper or re-usable. Two thumbs up for how they put in extra effort to look after our environment. We would be so lucky to return to the Raffles again! Definitely recommend staying here if you ever get the chance to experience it.…

We spent Christmas and New Year's Eve in this quiet and beautiful resort and felt like we were in paradise. Our villa had a small private pool with a magnificent view on the sea and surrounding hills. Went for a trip on a boat for snorkeling, did kayak and paddling. And enjoyed some time on the resort's beautiful beach as well as the pool which is huge and overlooking the sea. Honestly, we felt millions miles away from Covid as the hotel clients did not have the wear the masks (just the employees). The breakfast, a buffet, was good and the food in general was excellent (loved the octopus curry and the catch of the day). A big thank to the GM Salwa Razzouk who was very welcoming and efficient to help us with the Covid regulations (we had to take a test in the Seychelles). The hotel makes extra efforts to be more eco-friendly (no plastic straw, etc.), which we did appreciate... Of course, the paradise comes at a price but, in the current circumstances, it was well worth it.…

Amazing hotel and vacation! The rooms are fabulous! The team all over the hotel at so nice and helpful! The food is great but the meals are expensive though. The main pool is great, the gym and the spa is great. Overall amazing stay.

I have been to numerous luxury hotels, but this is definitely one of my favourites. The rooms are gorgeous and the facilities are all state of the art. The food was also delicious, no matter if I had breakfast, lunch or dinner. My personal favourite would probably be the Wagyu cheese burger which was just scrumptious. Although service was a bit slow at times I really do not have any complaints at all. If you choose to stay here, I promise you will not be disappointed. Quite the contrary actually! Staff were also very attentive and friendly, I enjoyed my stay at Raffles more than words can possibly express.

Hi, we stayed at Raffles in october and got a lot of bites when we forgot to use insect repellent. One of the amenities in the room was an insect repellent. This worked better than our “No bite with DEET “

We stayed earlier in December this year. It rained mostly at night with the occasional intense shower. They are fully prepared for the showers there, with your own in villa umbrellas and all sorts. We still got plenty of sunshine too - we tanned through factor 50.
