Solid sleep, beautiful nature and great breakfast! I would say this is the perfect spot for stressed parents to reunite with the kids, and just go with the flow for some days. My warmest recommendation!

Great experience! Nice rooms with "home" feeling and in a unique and charming house. Great service, breakfast and lots of fun for kids. The village is cozy but the nature surrounding it is AMAZING! Perfect for walking or running, and it is right behind the house.

Super charming bed and breakfast in a gorgeous state park. 10 minute hike from a picturesque lake where you can swim and BBQ. Rooms are quaint with a simple tasteful charm. Bathrooms are shared, but clean. We got a room with gorgeous views on the second floor. The place is run by a super friendly young couple with adorable children....

We stayed here two nights with our 1 year old. The family running the hostel was very welcoming! Our room was big and comfortable and it was great to have a cosy living room and super playroom to hang out in the (rainy evenings). The visitor centre and trails into the national park are 100m away. The town is small,...

We've stayed for one night during our visit to the soderasen national park. Beautiful house with a nice garden. Our room was very clean, as were the toilets and showers. Breakfast is worth a recommendation as well, all you could wish for! Very friendly owners as well, we've had a great stay!

From a distance this hostel looks amazing. The closer you get the more you see that the place is quite run down. On the other hand - and that is amazing as well - the sanitary conditions are extremely good. I think I have never seen a toilet that was cleaner. The rooms are very basic but ok. You have...

We stayed at this hostel two nights, with the idea of spending three days doing some hiking at the National Park and we have no regrets at all. The place is very conveniently located to start many hiking trails and also to take the bus and do some other trails starting at Skåralid. We got the room at the ground...

We - my family and I - stayed two nights in this really nice youth hostel, as a starting point for walking in Söderäsen Naturreservat. The house is really cozy and the location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean. Toilets and showers are shared, but are well kept. Everything is nice and clean. The lady running the hostel was...

Villa Söderåsen (Söderåsens hostel and B&B) is situated like a heart between the nature of the National park (Söderåsens nationalpark) and the creative little village Röstånga. The house has been a guest home since it was built in 1904. The rooms are furnished with mostly vintage furniture. The rooms are rented out to tourists but we also rent out the whole house on request to family gatherings, workshops, retreats, kick-offs etc. If you step outside from our kitchen enterence, you walk straight into the beautiful Nationalpark "Söderåsens nationalpark" with may different hiking, bicycle, riding tracks. Odensjön, a small little magical deep lake to enjoy on your walk or also go swimming in, is just 10 min walk from the house. Our neighbour is the local tourist office where you can get a lot of advice for your adventures, maps and here you can also rent bicycles. Just two minutes walk from Villa Söderåsen you have a small local super market ICA, a café and Stationen (the local restaurant). The village also have a pizzeria not far from Villa Söderåsen. A little further away, about 15 min walk you find a 4 star camping site with swimming pools, water slide, ice cream bar, mini golf etc. Also, don't miss to visit the local art gallery! Not far away you can go canoeing, horseback rinding, trolley cycling on the old train rails through the beautiful nature.
