I have used this hotel yet again all I can say is it is warm and comfortable the staff are friendly and cheerful good rooms all have tv and a brew kit the place is very clean the price is good for The area.i would recommend this place to stay

Stayed here for a night whilst on business. Location was perfect walking distance to where I was working. There's a local Tesco up the road. I had a twin room was very spacious and I had a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was great lovely full English. Very easy to find and close to the centre of Purley A very warm and friendly welcome upon arrival by the owner Nice good size clean and comfortable room Breakfast was excellent Will be staying here again soon and would highly recommend

I have stayed at this guest house many times.I find it warm clean the staff were very friendly.The breakfast is very good also they have car parking at the rear which yoou acess via a very larg kept garden.The price is also very good

Was very comfortable with good and friendly service. Quiet. Lovely back yard. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and replied to many questions we had prior to booking Close to all transportation.

Were at the guest house for 4 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean. Very much enjoyed the English breakfast, served by couple running the guest house. We needed a place to stay in Purley for 8 nights. Priorities for us were peace, comfortable beds and good breakfasts during the stay. I was warmly welcomed and given a cup of tea, even though I turned up at 10 pm without a booking and despite it being Wimbledon week I was given an extremely reasonable rate for the room which included breakfast, after logging on to the wifi and checking my mails I was taken through the garden to the accommodation situated...

Always feels like coming home! Very familiar atmosphere, with lovely home cooked full English breakfast! Perfect location if you want to do daytrips to London, train station is in walking distance.
