I have stayed two nights at the hotel. Unfortunately not to use their facilities (pools etc.), but to participate at one conference. It was really a pleasant surprise. A warm and professional reception. A top room within this category. Nothing important has been missing. Good food and superb breakfast. Be honest - much above what I have expected.

Year by year we come here. Very beautiful place. Very calm atmosphere. Spa is perfect. Doctors professional. Procedures high quality. Very healthy food! All times is possible to swim in the different pools! Open or close, warmer or colder. And if you have car is very simple to go everywhere from this place!

They do not offer that much for their price. Food was cold for dinner, althought we came more than an hour before closing and the quality of food was not as expected (vegetable not fresh but frozen etc). Breakfast was same all four days and also nothing special. We are not spoiled but you expected more from 4 star hotel.... More

Stayed at the hotel while working at an event locally. Service on reception was very slow when we checked in, but the room was clean and comfortable. There was no room service menu, and I was sent to the restaurant to order when I asked for one. The food was okay and the restaurant opens late. Decent breakfast. Wifi was... More

The only minus for this hotel is, if you're staying during the winter, you have to go out to enter the pools. Everything else: food, staff, room...is really perfect. There's also pools in a hotel which are very good. The hotel is a real family hotel, silence everywhere. Food is good and there's always something to choose (even for vegetarians).

The rooms are modern, clean, with big windows, even with a terrace, spacious bed, HD TV :). My boyfriend and I loved the pool, jacuzzies and the sauna center in the hotel the most. We were lucky there was no crowd: in the mornings in evenings we were few people swimming in a big pool. The staying was very relaxing.

Extremely cordial and attentive staff hotela.Room at the best level, even if they are not a room with a view .Pool, swimming pools, the whole "Thermal Riviera", everything is so accessible, neat and makes a real relaxation for rest.Only best recommendations for Catez Terme. He's very good for families with children, even with babies, in autumn-winter also.

“Ask for the queen size bed and for a quiet room (not close to elevator) Bring your bathrobe or make sure you inform Reception in advance if you do not use it on certain days; If you have possibility, go to holidays with car as this will enable you also to visit Ljubljana or Celje or Zagreb. The hotel has a nice big parking lot, so you will have space to leave your care(no charges for this service), just inform them that you are coming by car. Use massage in the hotel's spa centre, as they have professional physiotherapists.”
