We visited the Court House for the first time yesterday for Sunday lunch. We were warmly welcomed by the host, Michelle, and were well looked after by the staff throughout our meal. The ambience is warm and relaxed. There’s a wide choice on the menu and the food is home cooked

We visited the court house at lunch time today and enjoyed a beautiful sunday roast , the food was all home cooked all fresh ,followed by a scrummy home cooked desert , alot of restaurants i have been to use ready made food but not the court house they peel there potatoes !

attending local party and this friendly pub/ guest house really worked lovely team , great room, proper pub and very good breakfast good value for money and sets standards for overnight pub stays the owners clearly care about their customers and maintaining standards

Lovely, quirky accommodation in pub, not luxurious but clean and good for a night or 2. Food very good, service excellent. Quite noisy when band playing but finished about 11ish so didn’t bother us and we have an 8 & 4 year old. Would stay again
