On a golf-course situated B&B. Very friendly and in visitors interested owners. The welcome is with koffee, tea and a friendly chat. The rooms are luxuriuos with doors to the lawn. The food is just perfect, cooked by Robert Koller, the owner, himself. A star rated restaurant. Breakfast is abundant. We were here in februari 2015 and still have desire...

My husband and I had the most incredible evening here last night. From arrival to departure, this place is world class. The cuisine is absolutely amazing - every bite a taste sensation. It doesn't get better than this - wonderful views of the stunning surrounding scenery. We will be back. What a privilege it was to spend the evening here.

Thanks for a wonderful night away Robbie and Christine. Our favourite course was the aubergine ravioli with feta and pine nuts although everything was wonderful. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were divine. Hopefully we won't leave it so long before we're back.

So many friends recommended The Quickenberry Lodge to us that we decided to visit for dinner, bed and breakfast at the end of our year long trip to NZ. It was, by far, the best accommodation and food combination. Greeted with tea and chocolate cake, we had a rest, a pre dinner drink and then a wonderful four course evening...

Four friends, myself included, spent one week at Quickenberry. We checked everywhere and it is undoubtedly the best accommodation in Canterbury. Close to all the club fields, Mt Hutt and heli skiing. The rooms are spacious, warm and extremely well furnished. The common area is a large living area with fireplace and vaulted ceiling. The food has been extraordinary, Robert...

My parents, my brother and our partners had an absolutely incredible stay at Quickenberry Lodge for my parent's 40th wedding anniversary celebration. The location is perfect; approximately 1h from Christchurch International Airport and 20 mins from the ski town of Methven. The hosts Christine and Robert made us feel so welcome and were exceptionally attentive at all times. The rooms...
