We have just returned from this lovely hotel which we have been visiting for 10 years at least once a year. It is formerly The Mercure Hotel and has now switched to Vacances Bleus, we were concerned that there may have been changes made but from the moment of arrival our fears were laid to rest. The reception staff were...

We booked this hotel through Inghams with a good last minute discount which made it excellent value. Like the previous reviewer we experienced the same teething problem when we asked for the free hot drinks and crepes on our first afternoon to be told by the staff both in the bar and at reception that they knew nothing about it....

I have just returned from a ski holiday with Inghams who have just added this hotel to their listing. Although the hotel was clean and the restaurant and bar obviously quite new and inviting - there seem to be some details which either Ighams are unaware of OR don't care about and are not pointed out on their website. Firstly...

We can't appreciate enough this hotel! 1. Ski in and out if you have passed/about to pass beginner stage. 2. Food is amazing, not only the best food during my ski trips, it's the best quality half board food I have ever had. It's honestly same quality as top restaurant, we were so impressed everyday! It's buffet every night, but...

This hotel is good value for money. It isn't the most lavish hotel, but it is situated in a great location, with ski in, ski out. The staff were really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The food (buffet) was very good, with lots of choice. The manager, Cedric, was lovely. I had suffered with a bad back, as...

Stayed for New Year and booked it at the beginning of December so were always going to pay a premium. Frankly, we needn't have worried - the premium was worth it. From the quality of the room and food (half board basis) to the way in which we were helped with a complimentary late checkout to give us a full...

Chose a hotel instead of self-catering for a change, very glad we did! Superb location at the side of the piste, with easy access to the village for shopping, restaurants etc. Fabulous outdoor hot tubs with waiter service (book the day before, go for sunset, it's fantastic). We opted for half-board, meals are a very good buffet-style offering with a...

We stayed for 4 days on a short skiing trip with 10 people in the party. The rooms were basic but adequate with decent showers. The bar area and staff were particular attentive and didn't mind when our party continued drinking and singing on to the earlier hours of the morning which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels...

we were the first clients with the new owners, but a lot of the management stayed. some of the servants were new, and not yet completely informed, but all were very helpful. it was quiet that first week, which was very comfortable for us. Very friendly people, as well at the reception, the house holding and in the bar and...
