I travelled for my business trip this time to Tiruvannamalai as my second stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and enough supplies kept in room. Staffs are polite and fulfill our need from all departments. Good work.

Ambiance was good, rooms were well maintained and hotel staff were very supportive. Food was great. Great view. Price was little high when compared to other options. Toilets were very clean and properly maintained. Complimentary breakfast was also very tasty.

Stayed for 2 nights starting from 9th September. Check in at the Reception was quite fast and rooms are neatly kept. The restaurant service was quite good and also took care of our extra and special requirements. Nicest part of the restaurant and hotel service was the utmost honesty and integrity with which the hotel staff has restored our lost hand bag with lot of valuables which we forgot while having Breakfast at the restaurant and the hand bag was kept safely at the Reception under the Supervision of the Manager Mr. Venkatraman. The Hand Bag was restored to us with all valuables in tact and it is very nice of the entire team to have such an honesty and integrity to take care of Guest's valuable belongings. Overall we had a very comfortable and safe stay in the hotel and our thanks to the team led by Mr. Venkatraman for their service and integrity.…

Stayed in this hotel on 3.9.2022 in room no. 2002. Room is neat, clean, spacious. AC working good. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Toiletries are provided. Complimentary breakfast is available. Staff members serve with a smile, right from the reception, dining. Food served delicious and clean. Housekeeping is good. Dining hall spacious. Vehicle parking available. We had been to Tiruvannamalai this month and we stayed at Arpanaa Hotel during our visit. Our experience in this hotel was excellent, right from the reception to the checkout with good hospitality. Food was very good and delicious too. Rooms are clean and spacious. Overall it was service with a smile. We had a comfortable stay. Will definitely prefer Arpanaa hotel for future visits too. We stayed at hotel Arpanna on September 3/4 2022..booked two rooms for our family stay. The rooms are well maintained though they are in the sevice for more than 10 years. The food was excellent and all of the family members felt it was equal to home food. Further the staffs are sincer obident and friendly . We can recommend for family stay. The only negative comment would be the price they charge for the water bottle. The management should decide about this.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The hotel room and the bathroom is clean, comfortable. the bathroom is complete with toothbrush, paste and shower cream. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. The staffs are very helpfull and friendly.
