For the high price they are charging and marketing this hotel at 3 star . There is not even hot water facility . We did not get hot water any time of the day . Fell sick with fever by the time came back home . They did not even bother to arrange and got very angry when I was trying to request at least a bucket of hot water . The entrance is dusty and dirty and the corridors seem like haven’t been mopped since many ages . Not very hygienic and no parking space. Very curt and disrespectful staff . In the core of south India these guys make noodles and fried rice for lunch and for a coffee at room they will not even leave the door till you make immediate payment . Very poor experience. Better see another place nearby

I stayed in this hotel last week for 2 nights and paid 6500 inr for a room. The facility is poorly maintained with really substandard bathrooms and bedding. This is probably one of the few hotels that still has cathode ray TVs. There is no wifi and no room service before 8am if you need any extra towels. No coffee either if their staffs are working on a huge order that came to their restaurant. It really shows how poorly this facility is managed. Parking and hotel access: If you are planning to drive, please look for another place to stay. I spent an hour looking for a way to get into the vada sannnithi street. There is an auto stand that completely blockades this street and its incredibly hard to know it's an entry to the street unless you are a local. Also there will be a no entry board which you are supposed to ignore to get into this street. The hotel staffs were completely unhelpful when you call for directions or drive to their back gate asking for directions or access. They do not have a lot of area to park cars. There is a gate through which one car can enter and 5 cats can be parked in a single line. My car was stuck in the last and had 4 other cars in front of me while checkout. I had to wait 45 mins to get access to my car as they didn't have a driver to move those cars out and clear a space for me take my car. They let this happen even after I preemptively let them know my checkout time the day before I left. This hotel is definitely bad for such a poor service they offer for a really high price. Hotel really at amazing place..near temple.but the rooms price is not as a room conditions. Ac no works.. No hot water..so mny times compln.but when we asked while booked.stf said all will get.when chk out time asked for less ..stf is very rude..he don't knw how to served customer. Pls advce ur stf don't be rude to customer.his answr whn people asked is very rude..I need compensation from yours to whats happen in ur hotel..pls reply my review..I paid more money for nothing in ur htls.

The hotel is just amazing. We booked a room in this hotel I was with my parents. The room prices are reasonable also the services are quite good and the room view is just marvelous. My parents personally loved the hotel. The ambiance is properly structured and decorated.
