Went to this resort with our cruise on Royal Caribbean. The water is gorgeous and the beach was quiet. Very clean with bathrooms available and outdoor shower to wash off. The food is nothing to write home about, but super convenient and reasonably priced. Everything delivered right to you on the beach. Friendly staff and attentive, but not pushy. Only...

I love this place! It's absolutely beautiful and clean and the people are sweet and always happy. The employees at the Palapa are excellent if you are trying to get to know the island I recommend a tour with Alex as he is an absolutely honest person and knows the island very well

I was torn between choosing Parrot Tree or a beach in West Bay, but wound up choosing Parrot Tree because of the expectation of less crowds and no vendors. My expectations were met, and then some. We arrived around 10AM and were immediately warmly greeted by the staff and offered a free tropical punch welcome drink. We were happy to...

Omg. We joined the Daniel Johnson Sloth sanctuary & afterwards our driver send us to this hotel. We were just going to enjoy the beautiful lagoon beach & our guide recommend Henry & Dave snorkeling. Our girls never had experience & a little scared of open water. But we convinced them to give it a try. Henry & Dave are...

We spent 2 days here and found it very relaxing. It is a very nice resort admittedly past its prime. It is very unique. The bed was very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything worked well which can be a problem in some island resorts. The manager was very visible and friendly. No fancy restaurant but the outdoor restaurant...

The private lagoon is very nice especially for kids. The food was great! The bathrooms and showers were nice. Is wasn't crowded at all and overall pleased. The only reason my family and I were displeased was the bites that we got from what appeared to be sand fleas or some bug like them. Only suggestion I would make... bring...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your great review- I am pleased to say that we are working very hard to manage the sand fly's. Usually we have them controlled but lately with the climate shift they seem to get stronger and do not react to our fumigation. We only had an hour left on our tour of the island, stopped here to snorkel. Only $10 for equipment rental, great restroom/changing room and freshwater shower. We got to see lots of cool fish and plants. Also had a fantastic coconut water. Great stop if you are short on time, very quiet and clean.

We had 1 hour at Parrot Tree Plantation for lunch on Princess Cruise excursion. We waited 50 minutes for our food and when it arrived it was under-cooked and cold. Refused to pay. The Palapa Beach Bar service was disgusting and goes down as one of the wordt experiences we have had. Do not go there!!

We were brought here by a tour guide from our cruise ship for a break during our tour of the island. I couldn't believe that it was free entry.
