Loved being here, came to S.A for my wedding and for my english family I wanted t ogive them as many different experiences as possible, we stayed in a guest farm house in George, a game reserve in Oudtshoorn, a modern manor house in Knysna and here in Boggomsbay, the owners were incredibly accomodating and the peace and tranquility of...

One of my good friends got married in Boggomsbay so all the girls were booked into the sandpiper cottage, and what a sweet little cottage! As we were busy getter ready you could smell the sea, the wind was blowing a bit, but this gave a calm environment, hearing the ocean on the background. I was in charge of doing...

A group of girlfriends did the Oystercatcher hiking trail with me in Oct. We loved everything about the hike (slackpacking) and was pleasantly surprised about the warmth and friendliness of the staff who went out of their way to make our outing a fun experience. The hike was moderate, we had loads of time to spot whales & dolphins, took...

We loved the beautiful furniture in our clean and comfortable home for the one night stay. Everything looked to be so lovingly cared for, and yet homely. We relaxed next to a roaring fire, set in the large fireplace and found everything to be just perfect. Their visitor's book attests to the many satisfied guest that have stayed previously. After...

We loved the cottage which was great value but there's nothing around. We didn't have dinner and had to drive 15 mins to a gas station. However, if you come prepared for self catering it's lovely. Also note it's not in Mossel Bay. This is really great property for families.

Dear Einav, Thank you for your kind comment ,we are really sorry you arrived without food! All the booking websites that we use states clearly that there is no restaurants and shops in Boggomsbaai - I will follow up with this particular website . Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay in South Africa Kind regards Annemarie

Actually a funny place, a sports club, guest house and restaurant in one. Educational on environment, owner very clued up on nature and wildlife! Went through a lot of trouble to ensure guests are cosy and warm on cold night.

We've been travelling in South Africa for a month and this place will live on in our memories as one of the most special places we've ever stayed. The original plan was...

We spent five blissful days at Boggomsbaai and loved it all - the peace and tranquility, the charming Boggomsrus cottage, the idyllic sea view, spotting whales and dolphin close in, lovely long walks along the beautiful beach, the amazing bird life ( loved the Oyster Catchers and further afield the Blue Crane were such a treat to see),even tortoises made...

Everything was just perfect and we had a wonderful peaceful break - miles and miles of beach with bird life everywhere. The house is great with a monster fireplace in which we both sat in the evening.

Wow what a wonderful experience. Sarah was so accommodating and professional. We stayed in gone fishing Cottage and it was magnificent. We loved the place. It's private, beautiful, rustic with a lot of class. I can't wait to come back. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the indoor braai facilities. Definitely saving your number on my phone.
