The staff from the start where very helpful and friendly, however we had quite a few hiccups along the way. For the price I wish we'd stayed in a boutique hotel 10 minutes up the road.

We were a little disappointed with our stay here although it is a great location for shops. Room was quite dated for the price although it is a privately owned apartment under a management agreement, so there maybe better optioned suites available.

As I remeber there was only a short offer of wifi. But when I sat in the dinning area for breakfast was able to hook into free wifi from several sources (eg yha from across road). Also Canberra CBD is a wifi free hotspot, the cafes have free and the shopping centre. So nearly everywhere, except in your room at the Waldorf, there is free wifi.
