Clean, tidy and our room appeared to have been recently renovated. A quiet and convenient location in the CBD. The 'breakfast-to-go' was most convenient and well catered with good range of choices, especially as it was included in the price.

Nice welcoming and room presentation. Lift was a little slow. All expected to what was expected. Nice gesture on the program recognition and the smile at reception with the late evening check in. Well done.

This is in a great location close to Darling harbour, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nice little coffee shop I the foyer for a nice coffee and a light meal. If you don't mind the small rooms then this is good.

A long weekend stopover for us - Family with one Child - boy 9 - rooms were very small & compact - booked online and good price for school holidays with our rate including breakfast for the 3 of us - Lot 51 is a small quirky cafe/bar style space on the ground floor of the Hotel that provides a...

Clean and tidy rooms. Liked the fact there was no carpet - just felt cleaner. The staff were exceptional - helpful and friendly. Short stroll to Darling Harbour and an easy walk to the bridge and Opera House. Only negative was the cleaning in that the bathroom did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.

Price was ok but don't end up with a room below level 3. Bed was comfy but felt like was sleeping in a closet- room very small definitely 3 star Next time I would pay more and get a better room or stay somewhere else with a better view

My fiance and I stayed here for a night for a wedding thanks to the groom's shout. It is the perfect location. You can walk to Westfield shopping center or you can chill by the Darling Harbour. Sydney's Aquarium is near by, and you are literally close to Circular Quay you don't need to use transportation. The room we stayed...

Visited 10/04/17 - 12/04/17 Check in was a little slow. They couldn't find our reservation but we had booked through a third party so I recommend booking direct. The room had a 'hotel' hair dryer and a decent one so you can travel light if necessary. We were provided with a kettle and tea/coffee. Milk was in an under counter...

Stayed two nights. Room was small, but sufficient for 2 adults and an infant. Facilities were clean and modern, and the room was nice and quiet (no traffic noise from outside, couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms). Room service is limited in range but well priced and nicely cooked, as was the breakfast options - limited but well priced. Location...

Staff were excellent. Housekeeping not so much. Facecloth was stained, shower unclean and vents very dirty. Hotel is very noisy, bathrooms are tiny. Was not able to sleep due to humming noise from bathroom - even with all switches off.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
