I must say that the reviews listed here are dated. This property is nothing like its predecessor. This hotel has a modern look to it, excellent service and the rooms come complete with wooden floor boards and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Will definitely stay again.
Where should I start. Maybe at the seldom working air conditioning? Or maybe the damp, mouldy room which made me ill (Allergies). Speaking of allergies, I'm severly allergic to dust mites and believe it or not, cockroaches - both of which were present in abundance...More
Needs a whole update/reno.
Was quiet, and good location but needed new linen, carpets, clean shower.
Not enough room sitting on the toilet. Tiles needed a major clean.
Was provided with clean towels everyday and a bin empty but that all.
Staff polite but do...More
This hotel is fine if you just want a bed and a shower, but don't expect too much. It is good value for Sydney. The room was fine but the bathroom just needs some work on the grouting, no idea why hotels just don't do...More
The beds were comfortable and clean ... but the bathroom was a definite let down - mould between the tiles, taps not just dripping but dribbling - when I mentioned it I was told that a renovation was going to happened - I think it...More
An inner city suburb along the water, Glebe has a deep-rooted sense of cultural history and heritage. It originated as a semi-rural resort for the well-to-do, but has transformed into a student-centric melting pot. Visit Glebe Point Road for ethnic cuisine as standard as Mexican, Indian, Italian and Chinese, or as diverse as Spanish, Bavarian, Polish, Czech and Lebanese. You will find that Glebe is accepting of the
eccentrics and aboriginals that roam the streets, integrating students and people of all economic statuses into the multi-cultural fabric that distinguishes this suburb. Glebe Foreshore is a great destination for a leisurely walk along the Bay, and the Saturday market is a great scene for bargain hunters.
