We really rate the RACA - fabulous location adjacent to Sydney harbour and botanic garden. We opted for a room which is renovated for our stay this time - it was spacious and comfortable. A definite upgrade on the non-renovated rooms.

This is a beautiful old building where we appreciated the old world atmosphere. Whilst our room was not modern or all that large, it was very comfortable and had a quaintness about it. The sitting room on the entry level on the 3rd level was...More
The location is amazing. Above Circular Quay and a minutes walk from the Sydney Opera House forecourt, you could not be better situated. Lots of bars and restaurants and close to everything.
The club itself is a classic old building and all of the charm...More
Stayed at the RACA over the weekend with some friends for a girl's weekend and it was great. The place is a little tired now, and could do with an upgrade in so many areas, but I guess money is a problem here.

The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens
or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
