We visited for our 21st wedding anniversary and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were given extra drinks vouchers, they couldn’t have been more helpful in answering our questions and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was yum! We loved our stay!

We stayed at the Darling last week and it was terrific. We would really like to thank Hanna for the amazing way in which she looked after us. Hanna was extremely courteous and professional and is a huge asset to your hotel. We had chosen your hotel due to the recent Forbes ranking and we can now see how that is reflective of both the fantastic property and the staff that work there. We really enjoyed our stay at The Darling, and we hope to be back again soon.

Absolutely disappointed.The room view was ugly facing buildings I wouldn’t pay $700 for this disgusting room. I’d rather pay it to the Crown worth 1000 times better than the Darling.I stayed with my kids and 15 other members of my family sisters and brothers, nephews and nieces, we were very disappointed at the pool very old. And they don’t have service to order food and drinks at the pool my kids were so hungry we had to leave the pool and go outside to get food and drink. I paid $1350 for two nights I t’s not worth it.I will never come here again. Even the people were sitting near us they said the same thing why would you pay over the market rate for a inner city hotel that is miles behind the standard of Crown Bangeroo which was near on the perfect hotel to stay at. It is time for the Darling to renovate…

We spent five nights at $311 per night and this included breakfast each morning, free parking and $50 credit toward meals at the Star Casino restaurants. The room we were allocated was terrific with a nice view of Darling Harbour. The restaurants were all good - Blacks Steakhouse, Cucina Porto and Sokyo. Breakfast was served in Sokyo each morning. The deal that we received was great value and we will return!

My best stay ever for a long time. I booked the Jewel Suite and the room is bigger than the standard suites size of other hotel in Sydney. It is well presented, pristine, well-equipped and high tech with a view of stunning view Darling Harbour. We order In Room Dining service and it has no seconds delay. Food was served hot in a hot box and good portions and value. The next morning, we had breakfast at Sokyo Japanese Restaurant and We was spoiled by a birthday surprises by Liz and Milan. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. We look forward to our next stay at The Darling!
