Stayed here solo for over a week in Sydney. I loved the location. 10-15min walk to the gardens, 20min walk to Mrs. Macquaire's chair, coffee, gym, and supermarket all within a block.
The hotel is dirty. The bathrooms need to be gutted. Mold on the...More
Location is fantastic, right at the doorstep of kings cross and surrounds. Hotel itself is very tired and could do with some TLC, cracked tiles dripping taps etc. Room size was good, kitchenette added space. Fresh air as widows opened!
Arrived 26 October - bathroom had cockroaches, mould everywhere and fan vent had clearly not been cleaned in months. As I left for work in the morning I requested a room change but explicitly asked for this to wait until I returned. STAFF ENTERED THE...More
Stayed here with my husband for four nights. We were very happy with this hotel; it's close to Kings Cross, it has clean and comfortable rooms and free wifi. The room also had some basic cooking facilities (and a fridge), so we could easily make...More
Really enjoyed our stay at the Morgans Boutique Hotel. Situated right near Kings Cross.
Easy access to buses and the train station. 15 min rid to CBD. The room was very good with cooking facilities and plenty of room.

Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney, Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other suburb. Themes range from American whiskey bars and 1950’s theme bars to hidden bars requiring secret passwords. Oxford Street is the "Gay Capital" of Australia, where gay and lesbian-friendly venues feature “diva shows” and dancing until the morning. Vintage lovers flock to Crown Street, and small
designer boutiques can be found along Victoria and Bourke Streets. Dining in Darlinghurst is a gastronomic adventure. Food from all over the world is on the menu, from American ribs to tapas, sushi to gelato and every ethnicity in between.
