Very nice, close to the centre, at darling harbour. Rooms ok, service very good, breakfast a bit strange, but that is because of the constructions going on ( bit noisy ). Bars however close very very early !!

We stayed here for five nights in March 2015 and really enjoyed it. The room was nice and a good size for three of us (we stayed in a premium deluxe harbour view). They had already made up the roll away for my daughter (definitely not always the case everywhere). The bathroom was good - although as others note there...

We stayed here for 3 nights before taking a couple in country flights to other locations around Australia. Coming from the States we had a lot of luggage because we were boarding the QM2 to circumvent New Zealand in addition to the land tours. The stay at the Sheraton was good. Rooms war nice and comfortable. We ordered room service which came fast and tasted great. Only issue was the hotel was under construction. Lots of noise. The hotel was located in a place that made it easy for us to get around and see everything quickly.

If I could I would rate this hotel 3.5 stars, because all in all our stay was quite good. Pros: The location at Darling harbor is excellent, so many things to do and see (aquarium, bars, restaurants, malls, etc.) Walking around the harbor is especially beautiful at night, when the lights of the city are sparkling behind, and there is...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
