After paying a decent amount of money for our room we had quite high expectations, only to be told on arrival that our booking could not be found (it was booked a month in advance) and to come back later on. We were placed in an average room with views of construction workers. We were not once offered a discount...

Pros: - Great location - Attentive and eager to help staff - Good variety at the breakfast buffet - Well equipped gym Cons: - Stayed here twice and the first time I had issues with my room's WIFI, although in fairness they did give me a room upgrade - Second time round, there was a cockroach in my room. I...

Great location with kind, genuine service. Room service food was yummy and delivered quite quickly, which was really appreciated after a long day with a small child. Cot provided was perfect, as it wasn't the usual port-a-cot, but instead a proper height cot (much better on the lower back!).

A friend and I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Darling Harbour on 7 Nov 2014. We came up from Canberra and decided to treat ourselves to a stay in a nice hotel. Stayed here following our honeymoon after getting a great deal on Trivago. We caught the train from the airport and had about a 10-15 minute walk from the closest train station to the hotel (this may not take so long when you aren't jet lagged and haven't got a closet worth of luggage!). The hotel was lovely visually, the staff...

The Sheraton is exactly what you would expect of a four star hotel. Rooms at the back of the hotel have a view of Darling Harbour with view from the Eastern most point being the best. Good location close to many interesting activities. Staff were all friendly and polite and extremely helpful with my elderly mother. Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
