Very comfortable, convenient hotel.Close to trains and ferries, harbour and Circular Quay highlights, including Opera House, Bridge and MCA. Unfortunately major works in street, finding hotel may be a little confusing.

It was the best location, couldn't have wished for a better one. The staff, concierge were so polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, great views from out of our window. Anybody who wishes to stay in Sydney, I would 100% recommend.

The main restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Construction was going on in the lobby and in front of the hotel. We had a major leak in our bathroom and I got stuck in an elevator for 30 minutes. The only reason the rating is a 2 is because of the high quality of the staff. Otherwise it...

The hotel is located in the CBD, adjacent to The Rocks and Sydney Harbour, so that was a plus for us as a central location. However, be warned that the street is torn up just outside the hotel entrance, and will likely be in that state for at least another year. As we weren't driving, that didn't affect us too...

This is a very good hotel with a superb location. For first timers to Sydney who are willing to pay for it then a Full Harbour View room is a must. Probably the best view of the Harbour you are likely to get from a hotel room. Personally, I do not consider the prices asked for a City View room...

It was okay. The staff at reception and concierge were lovely. Was surprised to not have slippers or robe in room. Food options were okay. Shower was a bit dirty. Desk chair was grimy and there were some stains on the desk. Amenities pretty average, expected a higher quality.

We had an impromptu romantic getaway at the Four Seasons. My partner mentioned it was our anniversary and we got upgraded to a corner suite and had a beautifully chilled bottle of Two Figs when we arrived in our room. Great service, facilities and accomodation. Couldn't recommend this venue more !!!!

The Four Seasons Sydney is in an excellent location in Sydney as it is near the Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Pier etc. The view from our room was exceptional although the windows were dirty so that detracted a bit from the view. The hotel is nice but a bit tired. Our room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable but bathroom...

Can I say i had a wonderful stay at The Four Seasons Sydney as a whole but there were a few misses. The positives Mostly Friendly Engaging Staff, Comfortable Clean Room, Lovely Amenities, One Of The Best Club Room Experience's Ever. Fabulous Views If You Pay For Them. The negatives were The Bar was very dark taking that the client...

Staying in The Rocks

Neighbourhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
